I am about 5.25 when hard. I've searched high and low for a PE technique, surgery, etc and I have recently found this website... There is so much information on this forum and I almost don't even know where to begin. I started with the beginner stretches of behind the cheek, down, out, and up. I a bit confused though am I supposed to do three sets a day or three sets back to back? Also I read that with this stretching technique my penis would shrink in a bit, I've been doing these exersices for about 5 or 6 days now and it still shrinks in. When will I see the size return to normal when flacid? I'm asking because my penish is starting to bother me when I'm sitting at my desk at work and I'm constantly having to grab myself and pull into a more comfortable position, which is embarrassing. Is there anything I can do to make myself a little more comfortable?
