My answer- Yes, you can, but you have to start lightly and for short periods of time and move on as you advance :)

after 2 days of following this routine i had a t vein on the top of my shaft just below the head. i stopped for a week and a half then after 1 stretching session it was back. did i not give it enough time to heal or am i gripping incorrectly when is tretch?

i was really excited to get started w/ this program but so far it's been a disaster so i hope someobdy will please help
 
Hey guys awesome workout DLD.. Just one stupid question for the jelqs does both hands equal one rep or each hand is a rep.? Sorry if this was asked already.. But thanks for the reply.
 
Hey DLD, can I do the sets in a row before moving on to the other angles.
For example: can I do my 3sets of BTC, then move on to 3sets of Down stretches, then 3sets of out stretches, then 3 sets of Up stretches?

Hey DLD, when do you recommend doing these exercises in the morning or the evening?

Also I want to do the Peyronies exercises aswell, so should I do them separately or at the same time?
