DLD. How many times a day do I have to do the exercises? Can I do it more than ones? And is it better to do an hour of X4 labs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] before or after? Thanks a lot Man.
 
Im assuming that when doing this we want our penis as flacid as possible to improve elasticity (mainly for the stretches) also, is it ok to do a set of each, then take a break if needed? i dont have enough time to do them all in one setting.

I did this routine 2-3 times a day in the beginning, so if you can take it go for it. I have learned that I must have a very tough cock as I never have become injured due to Penis Enlargement.

You can certainly break it up over the day. I love the idea of length in the AM and Girth in the PM:)
 
the stretches are easy to figure out even without the video. truthfully the only thing that would require some visualization is the jelqing. i found a link for u. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7N2OakO4yCE usually there are other videos on the net that can help with an exercise. now once u start doing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] specific stuff, im not too sure of any vids beyond this site, but hopefully that helps

Just the 2 second part is that a gradual release or do you release slowly then pause for 2 seconds till next squeeze?

Dld I'm now at the 2 week part of the jelqing , I was wondering if I can do 300 jelqs in the morning & then 300 afternoon/evening ?
 
Just wondering DLD if you could tell us when you started (month and year), what size and what your current size is? Also how long it took you to get an inch of girth?
 
I've been doing the 600 jelqs & after I finish my penis starts to hurt is this cause I'm gripping hard or my penis isn't use to it yet ?
 
So this routine took you from just under 6" length to 8"? So has this been the best length routine of your journey?
