I want to RK when I stretch and do my length routine to improve the stretch and not let my pelvic floor muscles get in the way of the stretch.
When I do my girth routine (jelqs) I want maximum blood flow and EQ. I do a kegel for 20 jelqs (no stopping), get back to good EQ and continue so on till I do all the jelqs I must do. But will the RK give me better blood flow. I tried a RK, but do not see an effect near the one that comes with the kegel. Maybe it's because I still havn't mastered the RKs. The Reverse Kegel has no effect on blood flow, it is simply a movement of total unflex of the Pelvic Floor Muscles including the PC and BC muscles. Since all of these muscles are interconnected, when you squeeze in doing a Kegel you can feel how the muscle feelings will travel from your butt to your belly. Now, when you do a Reverse Kegel you are simply doing the opposite. You are pushing to unflex. The reasons we use the Reverse Kegel is for 2 main functions. First, for stretching the penis and causing a state of unflex which allows us to stretch the suspensory ligaments more effectively and we also use them, in sequences to cause Male Multiple Orgasms, Remaining Erect After Orgasm and lasting longer in bed. all men seem to be different when specifically training for sexual function in the respect that some find a sequence of Kegel, Kegel, Reverse Kegel Kegel works best for them in practice while someone else may use a different sequence, how they work is the combination you learn and practice and to master this you need to be patient with yourself and practice.

Now, to answer your question directly, the Kegel will cause much greater expansion in blood flow, the Reverse Kegel does not increase blood flow.
 
Of course you can do them in standing position also, but I prefer the sitting one, cause it's easier for me to surf around the forum while stretching (yeah I do that rofl). The BTC stretches must be done as low as possible (in a sitting or even better- a full squat position. That will put much more pressure on the ligaments), so this stretch you must not do in a standing position. If you want to do it sitting down- just sit on your tail (lower back tail rofl). Ayeah there guys! I thought i'd give an update for following the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] (with slightly modified by me girth part), so people can see it really works. In 20 days of Penis Enlargement using this program- I have gained 0,275 inches in girth -erect (still not cemented rofl) and 0,0 inches in length -erect (I guess I am a girth gainer rofl) and both length and girth gains in flaccid. It's not much (for some people ,but for me it is rofl), but I am very happy with my gains and looking forward to new ones. But for a no-device-only hand routine- I think it's pretty good.

Btw, DLD, one girth exercise I used to upgrade the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] is like Isolation Compression Squeeze, but is slightly different. Is there such an exercise or this is something new. I get insane expansion from it, by the way.

I get myself erect. Cross my legs hard to pump even more blood, do a hard kegel, and then clamp off at the extreme base. With my other hand (left), using reverse grip (where the inner part of my fist- where the forefinger and thumb are, point to my body) I clamp off just below the head and squeeze. I wait a second or two and using the rest of my grip- I squeeze the head to get the whole blood from there to the shaft where I can freely manipulate it to get a good expansion. If I want to go even further (because having my glans's blood in the shaft gets things pretty intense) I push the two hands towards each other to compress it, but do not let my hands move in any direction, so I can hit the whole shaft, not only a small part of the penis. It is similar to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], but not exactly the same. Is there such an exercise and what do you think about this exercise? I feel it very intense. I'm asking just of curiosity, and if it's new- I think it's pretty good to be hidden by anyone :)

Hey, am I aloud to do the 3 sets of BTC one after another before moving onto the other stretches,, for example can I do it like this
3 sets of BTC, left, right, center
Then
3 sets of pointing down, left, right center, and the 25 cranks
Then
3 sets pointing out, left, right, center and the 25 cranks
Then
3 sets pointing up, left, right, center and the 25 cranks.

DLD, can you help me with something that has been driving me nuts? I am following this routine and I am having an issue understanding the way I should kegel.

When I kegel I can contract two ways. The first is closer to the pelvic area/penis(front) and the second way is contracting the middle of the muscle connecting the scrotum/anus.(farther back). Which way should I be doing it? I am geussing one way is the PC and one is the BC. Could you clarify this for me?

Even though DLD never gets back to me I don't know if its my screen name, he might not like the yanks well anyway these kegels and jelks should they be with a full boner, semi erect or on the soft state? Thank u

Kegels can be done in any state. If you do kegels with a boner, that just intensifies the kegel. For instance, the weight of your penis makes the kegel hard to do, you have to lift your penis. There is an exercise called "the towel exercise" where you put a washcloth on your pecker and lift the towel with your erection, which is a kegel exercise. But you can do the kegels flaccid, still is effective and intensive if you hold it hard.

Jelqing erect - focuses more on girth gains
Jelqing flaccid - they say focuses more on length. I like jelqing flaccid after a length session (hanging). It massages the penis and gets it ready for the next day.

The point is you can do these exercises any way you choose, the important part is you do them routinely.

Make another profile and all will be ok. rofl Kidding! It's not the name- it's just that he has 3594583485934 things to think about and had no time to be everywhere and near everyone.

I repeat what Mike said- they can be done in any state. If you do them - you should (at least I do) see your ball sack going up against your body (happens when I do it intensely) and if flaccid- at the extreme base- you will see that something contracts. If done in semi erect state- you will see that your penis starts bouncing up and down as you kegel and relax your Pelvic Floor muscles. And if you do them erect- you will see the same thing and you will feel how your penis gets even harder.


Basically what I advise you to do is to go to the advanced search and type in kegels and read as much threads and posts as possible. There is A LOT of info here around. The little knowledge I've got- I got it from searching and asking. But there is no other way around than just MOSing at least a few hours a day. I hope I helped you, man. My Brother, I have 100's of emails and private messages a day not to mention the endless phone calls and business duties I perform, I try my best to answer everything but sometimes I can't. I wish to have more time here but right now things are crazy behind the scenes with the production of the new products and other projects that are priorities for the forum. wow..been doing the most of the routine for a 5 days (not sure what a crank is?) and already have a bpsl gain of nearly a inch...my bpel went form 6" to 6.25"... surely its just newbie gains as they say (i've been a lurker and skepic for a long time). decided to give it try due to some loss of EQ.

I've been on-off pumping for some 12-13 months and doing kegels, got some gains during this.

So, today pumped 2x15min with pressures of 2-5, Results:

L +0.2 inch
G +0.3 inch

Holy Batman!! rofl

Definitely continuing with this routine!!

It's wise to start with a scaled back version of this routine and slowly increase time + intensity. Just like anything

Well- I'd say that you apply a lot of intensity and you need some more rest. Up the intensity of the exercises with time and do not rush it. Slowly and steadily. Take a few rest days and continue doing your routine with a little less intense jelqs. That's my 2 cents.
