If its your meaning i did it for 3 times and my dick looks smaller after
so much stretches...
so its maybe my bad or i just need to get used to it...

Just start with one set of each. Then, either add more sets in, or better yet, add a second or third session of stretching of 1 set. That's what I did. I would do each stretch, one set twice per day. Took 15 min each session.

If you think about the science and theory behind Penis Enlargement, it's better to do more frequent stretches than to do it all at once. Provided you are able to get in frequent sets.

Good advice! Hitting length and girth at various times during the day will keep temporary gains longer, hence making them permanent faster.
 
Just read all 57 pages of this thread! Wish other people would have done the same instead of asking the same questions over and over lol but good information none the less. On my third week of this routine, I like it, very addicting. Plan on getting a paid membership when I get paid later on this month, looking forward to it.

That is the truth, I am sure you have seen me answer the same question 800 different ways! Most men will never do the research first, they usually depend on the elders for direction. It is good to see someone take it very seriously and read the entire thread. I wish you the best gains in your journey!

I was fortunate that i only had to read about 20 when i did, since then i've never had to read more than a couple of pages a time.

Hey everyone! Sorry it's tookin awhile to respond back, started a new job so been busy with that. Been Penis Enlargementing nearly everday since I started I guess about a month and a week ago, still loving it! I've been thinking of a lot of stuff to say when I got the chance to respond back, but my mind is running blank, so I'll give it my best shot, and anything that comes to mind I'll post it later. It's advice, that I feel is pretty stong and things I have picked up in life in and out of Penis Enlargementing.

First; Start exercising! I don't mean Penis Enlargement, but running, weight lifting, etc. Not only will it improve your whole body, make you look better, but improves your your penis as well. Even before I started Penis Enlargementing I always had very strong erections, [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words], blood flow and looked damn good! Plus, what it taught me the most, was disipline. You will get nowhere in life without disipline. You want a big penis? You have to make it happen, no one else will. Yes, DLD has the tools, but you have to use them.

Confidence; if you do stick with these programs and your penis gets bigger, that doesn't always mean you'll be confident. It's very much a mental state as much as physical. Confidence isn't like a switch either, you have to build it and maintain it. It can easily leave you as hard as it was to gain. I have this friend who was pretty well endowed, but he hardly ever got girls because lack of confidence. Big dick or not, a girl is going to expect you to take the lead and move her into the sexual realms, if you can't do that have fun masterbating your big dick alone.

Grooming/being clean; No girl is going to sleep with you if you smell like a fucking goat and if your place looks like a pig pen.

Common sense; this routine is pretty straight foward, it says pull down, you pull your penis down, says pull up, you pull your penis up. It's not that difficult. If you're still unsure, buy a membership. DLD gives away a lot of information for free and helps out a lot but it's a business to run. Use your brain, I promise those who are unsure will figure it out. I really feel that it's not so much that people dont' know the answer, but are so used to having everything done for them and being lead through every experience that many people never gained the ability to figure things out on their own, which goes back to confidence and disipline. Pop your mouth off your mom's tit and grow the fuck up. What ever it takes, figuring things out on your own and becoming self relient. Most people in the real world are not friendly and will give you the boot with out a second thought.

My current size is 7.25in BPenis EnlargementL x 5.5in girth mid shaft from that starting date. I am currently in a long distance relationship because of work. I only have a few questions about stretching... First, Do I need to warm up to stretch? or can I just tug on it whenever I have the chance? I try to put a heating pad on whenever I get a chance just to keep everything loose, but that is not always the case. My second question is... Is there any limit to stretching? Is it possible to stretch multiple times per day?

I want to give a special thanks to DLD because of what he is doing here and with his site. Before I joined the site, I just kind of went through the motions and moves that I only read about on the internet. I was doing Penis Enlargement 3 times a week and doing nothing but getting frustrated.... Then I joined DLDs site, and learned that I was going about it in the wrong way. I work out 6-7 days per week ( I only take an off day if something feels really wrong, which has only happened 2 times, and a day or rest took care of that) I pay attention to every move, and focus on what I'm doing so I can get the feeling that I want. I am diagnosed OCD which actually really helps because now my Penis Enlargement routine is etched in stone as a part of my day at exactly the same time every day. I guess my OCD is good for one thing lol...

In 17 days, the results have not shown on the ruler yet... but I definitely know they are happening. My erections are rock hard, and I feel thicker and more veiny. Even when flaccid things just feel a little tighter than they used to and I get a better hang. I learned with other types of body exercise that it is not so much about looking at a scale every day, but look in the mirror and about how you feel... Because right now I feel bigger than ever, even if it doesn't show YET on the ruler.

Your goals sound similar to mine, mine is to gain an inch in length in three months and half an inch in girth, then another inch in length the next three months and half an inch I'm girth.

I don't warm up before I do a session but that's because I try to do my Penis Enlargement after a workout so my blood is flowing great and I'm already loose, but if I don't workout I'll get an erection, hold it a bit let it go down and stretch after that.

I think you can tug it whenever you want, when I go take a piss I'll do a 45 second stretch, but you gotta judge it for yourself, if I'm real sore I'll let it rest and won't do any tugging to my Penis Enlargement session of the day. I think I read that owkeout so I'm sure you're familiar with over training, I take that same principle.

Yeah I feel thic ker and longer too but I'm not doing any ruler measuring until my three month mark.

In Phase 2 you say to do 100 warm up streches before dld blaster, what are those? I know Basic Streches but not warm up stretches.

They could be Plyometric but they do not have to be. It is more of a warm-up to the Blasters more than the main exercise.

I have figured out the basics of the BTC stretch (which i should've known all along) but for the BTC stretches to the right and left, would it just be to the right and left of your scrotum, respectively?
 
Is jelqing straight up necessary?

I use a palm down OK grip, because i can grab much deeper at the base. However, it is just physically impossible to rotate my arms enough to jelq upwards using that grip.

I jelq sitting, so I just go out/up at about a 60-75 degree angle, is that just as good?
 
I use both hands sometime for a rotary crank that, well, kinda looks like I'm using an auger. I figure; that way I'm torguing on my cock in about 5 different directions at once.
Really maximizes the tissue involvement.

2 sets is a good place to start, I would suggest 3 to be the best though. I feel a solid 30 minutes is important to girth work. Hardcore Stretches are the perfect way to finish, or start the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. I would also encourage you to include some basic stretching to maximize length gains. The series of stretches contained in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] is just fine.
 
Just got a heating pad for my troublesome back, and it works very well.

Would I be able to use this heating pad as a hot wrap warm-up in place of a washcloth/towel? I get loads more privacy in my room instead of a shared bathroom <:(

That is what I recommend! The electric heating pad is a great way to warm up and heal.

Believe me there is plenty of redundancy, it happens in a place like this. I have answered questions 99 ways from Tuesday and have giving as much attention to each question as if it were the first. The results of the DLD Blaster is what converted so many to my ideal of training. When I started to create in penis enlargement, through the creation of theory, exercise and routine I discovered many things that went unnoticed, simple things really but so simple, they were lost in the confusion of the impossibilities that surrounded the art. DLD Blasters was an exercise born in the attempt to mimic what happens when a man has Phalloplasty. I knew that if the ligaments were the limiting factor in the stretch, we had to somehow circumvent or go around the reaction of the ligaments and their extremely limiting factor in length gains. As is quite obvious, the ligaments are only a reactionary issue that is caused by a muscular flex that happens via the pelvic floor muscles. The root of the length problem was the actual muscles that were "reacting" and "protecting" the penis and it's ligaments that attach it to the pubic bone! Quite ingenious the things God has put in place! Anyway, I knew that the flex we practiced as a Kegel was the exact reaction that was happening subconsciously. Once armed with this information it became easy to see that 1.) Pre-exausting the muscles and 2.) causing a negative reaction to the positive reaction of the Kegel....The Reverse Kegel was born! Together, in concert, the total unflex of the Reverse Kegel and the adaptive, fulcrum stretch to take advantage of this new "slack" in ligaments working with a fatigued member meant Instant, Natural Phalloplasty. DLD Blasters were born and men started to gain at rates far beyond the normal. Amen to that! I really want to add blasters and bundle stretch to my routine. These are serious stretches so I want to make sure im doing them correctly. With the bundle stretch being in the A-position, do I intensify the stretch downward after every reverse kegal? Is this how you were moving the ligs?
 
DLD ignore the above comment, I now understand that the reverse kegal makes the ligaments vulnerable to stretch.. One question. I finally have found a solid foundation for my routine. I will be doing 300 jelqs, blasters, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Hardcore Stretch and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]...My question to you is what order should these exercises be done? You enjoyment with sharing information on an individual basis, despite the redundancy, is indicative of what makes a great teacher…gaining pleasure in the process of learning and progress in another. I really appreciate the illustrations in the videos and diagrams. It really made clear the DLD blasters. I tired that (though not in phase two yet), and WOW! Yu can get unbelievable stretch with that!

I have further questions on current routine. I have been doing the beginner workout suggested on the beginning of this thread (admittedly skipping testicular portion) for almost four weeks now. After review of the paid site, I feel like starting at phase one would be going backward and wondered if I should simply continue as I’m doing for another couple weeks before progressing to phase two.

I also have a general grip question, which I’m not quite sure has been answered in this thread. I find that some of the limitation in intensity of pull is based on pain at the grip point (more than my strength). Obviously I want to max the pull to hit ligaments. I know that the best grip is just below the rim of the head. However, I find that this causes too much pain, such that I can’t pull as much. I worry that if I push this, and toughen up, so to speak, I might end up diminishing the sensitivity of the rim for sex. So most of the time I have gripped with a small amount of foreskin (I’m cut) to cushion against the rim as I stretch. I also find that I can pull even harder with both hands if I bend head with one hand some as I’m pulling. I’m admittedly risking pulling skin versus ligament. So my question is, do I need to simply toughen up and grip only right below the rim, or can I use some foreskin to cushion some? I also trap foreskin at the rim when I use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words]. (Also, thinking ahead, I can’t imagine being able to do those DLD blasters where grip has to be right under the rim).

I also had question on the jelqing after view your video on this. The text in one illustration indicates jelq should take 10 seconds. However, in video, it doesn’t take anywhere near that long. Also, I’m wondering about the pressure. I have done some previous Penis Enlargement, including squeeze techniques, adding in one finger at a time and really pressuring in blood to upper shaft and head, combining with kegel. In the video, it doesn’t appear that much pressure in being applied. Order should be what is best for the time you have and the type of exercise. If you are wet jelqing, using a lube, it would be best to get all stretching in before girth as the lube can leave a residual to make grip difficult. If no lube is used you can pretty much do what you want but for me it has always been length first and girth in the evening. I do not have the concentration in the morning that I do in the evening and girth takes a market mental effort where length can be done anytime.

The 10 seconds was supposed to be 1 second and will be changed on the massive update coming in April. There are other mistakes that I also apologize for but they will be rectified in the new site. You of course will have complete access. A jelq takes me about 1 second but some men do jelq slower to maybe 2-3 seconds. Preference and expansion are what dictate the jelq really. Thanks for the great idea on gloves. I can see how soft leather would really help. Today I wrapped head with that black no slip sheet that comes with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words], and Wow&#8230;I could really grip with that. I also found what I think is a good way of confirming whether one is getting the needed stretch with the grip. While stretching, if I jelq and can feel the pull, then I assume I&#8217;m hitting ligaments; if not, I need to adjust grip. I can do that with various grips, including cushioning with a little foreskin. I seems like I can bring greater stretch to bear with less pain if I vary the grip in different ways, so skin is not repeatedly traumatized in the same manner.

Speaking of trauma, you have mentioned use of hydrocortisone cream. I wondered whether regular use of that could be a problem. It reduces the inflammatory response, which is great for eczema, when there is undesired autoimmune response. But we want some inflammation for building and healing (though not of the skin, I understand). I was thinking of regular use of this to reduce surface irritation. However, I am concern whether too much could end up getting absorbed some, possibly reducing the desired inflammatory response in deeper tissues.

so I just remeasured again this morning and I am actually right below the 7inch mark in length and right below the 5.5 mark in girth! Thanks! I did this shit nearly everyday for the past three months. The most time I ever took off was three days and that was twice. The first time because I popped a blood vessel and the second I knicked and bruised some skin. It was just a combination of everything I got results so quickly. Do them after girth work or even before. Around the same time since the pump will be used for both.
