I apologize for all of the quotations lol. I didn’t mean to do it like that. All of those put together, is my daily routine. I rest both LM and bathmate on Wednesdays and only bathmate on Saturdays. I’m using the hydromax7.
Got it.

So the LM part is hardly a workout that I’m doing?
LM is the majority of the length routine, while the Bathmate is the majority of the girth routine. No matter what device you use, 10% or so of the routine will be diverted to the opposite growth. For example, when you use the LM, you actually promote 10% in the growth to girth while focusing on length. If you use Bathmate, 10% of the length gained is actually recorded during girth routines. When using in combo of LM and Bathmate, you will see a 70% to 30% growth based on the routines you're using. It's a strange but explanable phenomemon.

All, I’m pressuring it between 6 and 6.5 mark. Idk what that pressure is. I pump until it’s comfortable enough to stand.
That is around 5.5 to 6inHg in negative pressure from the baffles compression mark. So you're practically at the growth point.

What’s the wrap part?
Wrapping is for post PE routines. What it does is to keep the tissues warm, elongated, and provides a light traction around 400g to 600g. Tighter traction using sleeves or tighter wrapping offers up to 800g of traction force, keeping your penis elongated at the baseline for promoting growth. Researches indicated 600g is the baseline, but that's when you use the traction force for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for months and years on end. Short term traction force for a few hours (4 minimum) is at 800g. Max traction force is 1150g or so before you see diminishing returns on traction force benefits.

Brother @Bigazncock we're a bit lost on the quotations. But let's get the ones that does stand out:

Your proposed routine we are assuming based on the quoting:
  • My morning routine: I’m doing LM at 30 secs on each angle, twisting both ways. Finishing off with another upper angle and behind the cheeks both 30 secs per side.
Great a newbie routine. The question is, how many sets and how long in total time based on how may angles? For morning routine, 15 to 20 minutes is a great start as warm up and pre-stretching for higher intensities.

  • Afterwards: Lig stretch every hour (3 mins total). 12 min Kegels at 5secs on 2secs off. Manual jelq every hour all angles 10 jelqs each. In the evening: I hit my bathmate 3x5. Finish off with red light therapy for 15-20 mins.
This is moderate to very intense stretchout to keep your penile stress going all day long. It's great, but at the same time, make sure to monitor for any excessive stresses. The moment your penis is retract and turtling, make sure to back off and wrap during rest. For the Bathmate, which model are you using and how much pressure are you using? Anytime a Bathmate is use, we have to flag the statement and start asking. Bathmate does not have a gauge and we have to make sure it's used properly.
I’m doing all of the angles, 30 secs twisting left and right (totaling 1 minute) up, left, right, behind the cheeks, up towards left, down towards left, up towards right, and down towards right. Oh and straight out. Is that too many? Should I stick with 4 angles one day and 4 on the next day and give it more time and tension? TY

Nope. That's a good coverage of angles.

Should I stick with 4 angles one day and 4 on the next day and give it more time and tension?
You can chose 4 in a routine for one day, and switch out to another 4 in a different day. You can do 4 in a routine for two days, and do all angles on a day before rest as well. Or you can do all angles on a starting day, and switch to a dedicated 4 on the rest of the days before a resting day. Pay attention on how your penis responses to the selected routines. Not everyone will have the exact same response. This is why PE is tailored and fine tuned for each and every person.

As you indicated, you can bring the tension/intensity up for one day, and ease back another day during the newbie conditioning period. Once that conditioning period is over, be 1 or 2 months, you can do the intensity adjustment within the same routine. This is where you need to pay attention to the responses from your penis.

Every angle will produce gains. It is important to hit every one or you could miss growth.

Thank you so much for the advice! You all have been super helpful. So I should wear a silisleev after LM?
Yes. You should to keep the penile shaft remains extended and elongated. You can use flexible tape like Uncle Jim's tape in the MoS shop, or you can go one step further and provide the traction at 1.1kg using an all day stretcher or extender. Some brothers reported to me having a sudden 1cm explosive length out of the blue after a few months. Well, it's already there, but the growth will reveal itself in due time.

I used the extender pro once for a few weeks and it gave me the itch. I cleaned it very often too. I’m a little worried about using it again. How long after doing the LM routine do you wear the extension device or wrap for during the day?

If you're using the extender and the itch is internal, that means you are experiencing micro tears itchiness. Your tissues heal over time during rest phases at night. If you have external itchiness, that may be allergic reaction to the plastic materials being used. Not all plastics are the same, even if they are TPE, TPU, silicone, or just plain old HPE.

As for how long how you wear the extender, if you have an adjustable extender with proper marking for verified traction force (use your kitchen weight scale to measure the traction pressure for each mark), 4 hours is a good golden rule. 6 hours is better. 8 hours is best. 10 to 16 hours is phenomenal. For the wrap, as long as you can. This means put it on all day long, and only take it off for bed time. You can wrap before the LM routines, and then right after. This is to keep the tissues warm and pliable or malleable for the routines, repairs, and growth.

Thank you for the info! Man, that is a lot of work. Keeping it on all day. 💀

I’m getting the hang of the LM! Pun intended. My irritation is the yellow rubbery strip that you wrap on first. It’s so difficult to unstick it from itself. Is there something I could use or some method or tips to minimize that? Any other product I could use besides it? TYSM!

I haven’t used it since I got the LM.

The yellow rubbery strip? The one that comes in the LM bundle? That is the TheraBand. It should not be sticky nor meant to be sticky. It's doesn't contain adhesive. But if it's sticking on to you because of body moisture, you can add a ultra light coat of magnesium carbonate (not baby powder or talcum, but safer) to prevent the plastic from sticking onto you. Strange for it to be sticking like that.

You can use flexible bandage straight up without the TheraBand. It may feel a bit rough without that protective smooth but high tactile layer.

Yes the Theraband. I rinse it with water and soap after each use. It sticks to itself and it’s a pain to unstick. I apply it after a shower, and it does stick to me. I thought it was normal. Does AMZ sell Magnesium Carbonate powder?
Also, what would you recommend for after LM, the Silisleev or the Jim’s wrap? TY.

Yes, AMZ does sell it. It's a common expendable product to replace talcum.

As for after routine wrapping, depending on what I do and the environment I'm in. If it's cold and I need to be on the run with minimal bathroom breaks, aka, I use the sleeve with a light layer of the flexible bandage for warmth and hygiene.

If I'm in the office but loaded with meetings, I can't be playing around with the wrap, so I use the sleeves.

If I neeed restrictive blood flow and need to be elongated, I use wrap for simplicity since it can be a bit bulky.

If I'm home to do what I want, I use both. 3/4 of the penile shaft, starting at the base of the glans to 3/4 way down the penile shaft, I use the sleeve for hygienic reason. I use the wrap for the remainer to do restrictive wrapping to expand my glans, while a single layer of the bandage to offer warmth since its been getting pretty cold.

Thanks this helps a ton! I will order my silisleevs. Did you get yours custom cut or got used it just as is?
