A little confused on week 2 guys. So I do the girth routine first thing in the morning. Put on the cock ring. Do expressive stretching. Then do the length routine directly after? Then uncle jims wrap all day the no workout in the afternoon? Can someone tell me if that is correct? Thanks!

That is correct, this is the portion of the routine that will help you become proficient with stretching, while in an expanded state. I only do this one week out of each month, the other 3 weeks length is done first. I feel that when we are expanded and get a good stretch in it could act to further deform the tissue to become longer an thicker. i also think that it keeps the penis guessing when we switch up the routine, this is also good for gains.

Yes, take it off after. You can get the erect stretches in anytime during the day, just be sure to get them in.

I am also looking forward to these gains! Stick with it and stay inspired and the gains will come.
 
Hopefully, soon, I will be announcing the return of the LengthMaster. I will be headed to Florida at the end of September and will be there to get this, and other projects complete. I hope guys are using their PowerAssist or hands to do low grip stretches, to remain consistent with the routine. Those waiting on the LM's to return, should still start the routine and substitute the PowerAssist or Low Grip Stretching in lue of the LM. Sorry to all those waiting, I feel you 110%...we all miss the LengthMaster.

Ba ck on forums since I'm Sep from wife for a couple months... I hope to shock her when she sees X-40 again. Lol.
I plan to follow the budget method of this as I can buy tools to add over time. I feel I have great potential for length gains as I'm overweight and a high up angle erect. Started off with near 6 girth! Thanks God. 7 or so bpl' I feel I can add an inch easy, and show more if I get fit.

I have the time to do it as I work from home, but I've also conditioned my penis to hanging. So would srt work for me?

By all means! You have all the equipment necessary so go for it! I mean, it is the fastest method of gaining I have ever come up with. You would need to modify some of the LM stretches and swap them with Hanging (or another similar function). I think you should GO FOR IT!

"Background Theory: As you may have read I was able to lose size and gain size based on my findings so I will try to be as specific and precise on why I did this, what I learned and what it means for penis enlargement. Good stuff! I am preparing for another cycle of SRT in a few weeks, I am timing it for my visit to Florida. I am excited to drop some weight, gain some width hopefully and perhaps sure up some length gains. I was starting this about a month ago but things became too hectic. I am really hoping for some big changes!

No. There was an accident at the shop and Jaz is dealing with some shit. I am hoping to start on Oct. 7th. Everything depends on when I can get out of Massachusetts and into Florida...it will be easier for me there too.
