The purple is the weakest [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gaiter[/words], so that might be why you're not seeing bigger temporary results. I found even the black was weaker than I wanted so I just use the grey (don't have the orange one yet). Do little 2-5 minutes sets in them and see if you get better results, and just work your way up.

It is soooooo important to take off the wrap and reapply it. Not only for circulation but also to increase the effectiveness of the wrap itself. If you are getting good pressure/expansion from the purple then yeah by all means stick with that one and work your way up. Every guy is different. Completely normal, just remove the strap every 30-60 minutes to return good circulation, to get in some good angular stretches and to re-strap with intent and intensity.

I dont have any idea on counts per day for 2 reasons, it seems unpopular to count because it makes it unsexual and 2ndly, i am gradually building up to long term goals i guess.

I clamp this down secure. then hang the weight from the loose middle clamp. I hope this was a decent explanation.

- are the pills you mentioned (enhancement pills) only for oveweight people? if not how do you take them?
- In week one it is all about stretching should we not do anything else?
- Once we finish the stretches we apply the cream, so we apply the cream after each hr of cranks?
- once the 6 hrs of cranks are complete, do we leave the strap for the rest of the day or we dont wear anything?
- Do we do length and girth in one day?
- this is a 12 weeek routine, do we alternate each week for length and girth so 6 weeks length 6 weeks girth?

Well, according to what I understood- length and girth workouts enhance each other and should be done together in one day. Sorry what i meant for the other questions was related to the length using UJB, after doing the normal routine DLD said to put the strap on and every hour to do the 25 crancks every hour for 6 hours. I wanted to know after the six hours do we stay in the strap and do we apply the cream every hour for the 6 hours?

Girth Workout
Start the girth routine with DLD Hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Stretches
Get yourself 100% erect and attach the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.
Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with intensity and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stays attached.Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.
Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.
Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).
Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Start Super-Sets
Pump for 10 minutes at good pressure
