Once you have made cemented gains you will never go back to your original size. I have gained 4+" in length and 2+" in girth, I have taken off 6 months and when I returned I was still the same size. Temporary gains refer to how much expansion and elongation you get from a routine, in order for this size to become cemented you have to consistently train, eventually the size will become permanent so be sure you want to do this because there is no such thing as penis reduction!

The book is on hold at the moment. Currently- DLD and LIGHTNING are working on lots of projects and they had to leave the book on hold for some time. :)

it's not really that kind of the rest it's more of a rest to get help for my depression. the good news is I'm getting a great help for my depression and I'm working out a lot of issues that have plagued me over the past 9 months. I truly appreciate everything you and everybody else has done to help me and support me. I will come back stronger!
