I have the same problem. Trying to find the right ring size is hard. I tried my wife's hair ties u get at Wal-Mart for like $2-3 dollars. Found out they were way to tight. So I bought a 3 pack ring kit and 2 were way loose and the third was too tight. So I bought a cable clamp and can adjust it to fit. Wrap up with something so your skin won't pinch and you have a cock ring that works

If you are only looking for length then there is no reason to do any other work but length work. You could get a couple jelqing sessions in a week and daily Kegels to keep girth and eq straight but I would put most of my effort into length if that is what you are looking for.
