100x better than bib. does everything the bib can do but more

You can start the basic manual stretches w/o any equipment.

Other then that, you're going to need a few of the items listed in the "Equipment and Supplement List".

It has been out for about a year. I have not reviewed it yet but is the most powerful in their lineup. It can handle 9.5" x 7".
