Warm ups are not really mentioned because there is so much Penis Enlargement going on you are in a state of warm-up most of the time. You can choose to do hot wraps with a washcloth before starting and after training. You can also look into using a heating pad, if you have the time and privacy.

Definitely. For me some light stretching gets me good and relaxed. Im having trouble wrapping during sleep. If I try to wrap light I just end up turtling and bunched up if that makes sense. Any advice or just more trial and error till I nail it?

Not at all but to help speed the process of converting flaccid-stretched gains to erect gains one should include erect stretching. Nothing more than 5 minutes a day is necessary. It will help convert much faster than nothing at all.
