I accidentally hit post and since you only have 10 minutes to edit, I will have to break my article up into 2 posts.... pain in the ass.
Anyways, I rushed into
hanging after this information was given to me, but in my haste, I failed to ask enough questions to the right person: Bib. Since then, I have made sure to ask him plenty of questions about
hanging and Penis Enlargement. Here is a link to my thread at Bib's Forum, where I ask Bib a million stupid questions (some good ones) and he is kind enough to answer them all:
http://www.bibhanger.com/forums/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1780
After my injury, I continued on with a PGE1 protocol (From June 31 until now) based length routine that consisted of manual stretch sessions twice a day, random SD stretches 6 times per day (lasting 30sec-2 min) along with some DLD blasters, and extending all that I could. That is basically the routine I am on this moment.
I find that it has really gotten my flaccid loose and primed to start
hanging. My ligs are stretched and ready to go. When I pull out, you I can see my ligs on the sides of my penis and my base gets smaller, because there is inner penis being pulled out. However, if I don't do any Penis Enlargement for a couple days, this goes away, my base is thick again and it takes a few days of dedicated to this routine to get it back to the state I am in now. It's basically like the
hanging theory: NEVER LET YOUR LIGS REST! Ride the fatigue. I have fatigue when I manual stretch, so I know I am doing it right.
I gave Bib some "mirror test shots", where I stand in front of a mirror, take 3 pictures of my flaccid unit at groin level. One straight on, two from the diagonals. This is called the Mirror Test, one of the three tests for determining possible gains from lig
hanging. The link for the thread explaining the three tests is here:
http://www.bibhanger.com/forums/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=131
There is also a Loss Of Tug theory, one of the three tests. This basically determines how long your ligs are already and how much potential you have for gaining lig stretch. You stand straight with your penis pulled out in front of you. Pretend it is the hand on a clock (the hour hand - although hopefully your penis resembles the minute hand more than it does the hour hand

). 12 o'clock is pointing up, 9 o'clock is pointing out, 6 o'clock is pointing down. You pull out and start Kegeling as you slowing move from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock. You notice how your penis pulls back and your glans is pulled into your body. You are always looking at your glans to see when it starts pulling back less. As soon as you notice your glans start to move back towards your body less, you note at what spot you are at and this is your Loss Of Tug, because you are starting to lose tugback. My LOT is between 7 and 8. Here is a link describing the test in detail:
http://www.bibhanger.com/forums/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=20
So I have a somewhat low LOT but Bib determined that my skin exit point is medium high to high, through my Mirror Test shots. He says that the Mirror Test shots give a better indication of possible lig gains than LOT theory, so if you have a low LOT but a high skin exit point, you can still possibly gain from lig stretch. The palpitation test is the most accurate of tests, but I am unable to determine the bottom of my pubic bone. All I know is I feel lots of internal penis. How much can be brought out? I don't know.
I suggest anyone that is thinking of
hanging sign up at Bib's forum and ask him to check out your mirror test shots. But make sure before you start harassing him and asking him a million questions like I did, read this post (and the last) first as well as all the links I have provided.
Bib stated that I may have "a couple inches of internal penis that can be pulled out and down". This is good news to me. He tells me this in my thread on Bib's Forum (link provided at top of this post).
So since I had injured myself and I am ready to get back on the horse, I had some reading to do. I printed them off and read them on paper, hate reading on a computer. I keep all my important Penis Enlargement info in a Duo-Tang. Dr Adam's patent is in there.

I also received information through PMs from a
hanger that I would like to share here because it was very useful to me:
>What are your thoughts on rest days?<
Rest days are definitely not good. When you take days off, your body heals, making it more difficult to gain. With every set, every workout, you are creating micro damage. Over time, your penis will get longer and longer. It is a very slow process that requires consistency and dedication. But if you take days off, this micro damage will actually heal a lot quicker than it took for you to achieve it. When the body undergoes damage, like a cut or a bruise, etc, it immediately tries to repair itself as fast as possible. This is why it is extremely important to attack your target tissues every damn day, to pull out any micro tears from previous Penis Enlargement work that are trying to heal. If you do this, gains will come quicker ... obviously. If you take rest days, the growth process will be much, much slower.
Also, if you're
hanging with a Bib, you have to condition your soft tissues for the amount of
weight you wish to hang. This will take some time. If you take days off, you will lose that soft tissue conditioning, and will have to decrease the stress and work your way back up again.
>Did you use rest days for your gaining, and how were they utilized?<
I do not take any rest days. However, on some days I just do not have the time to hang all of my sets. This doesn't happen to me often, but it does happen. In that case, I do the best I can. If I only have time to hang 3 sets, then that's what I'll do. The point is to pull out the adhesions from previous work, so that those micro tears DO NOT HEAL. That is key. Even one set of 20 minutes of your max
weight will do the job.
>What is an example of a good
hanging routine?<
Every mans geometry is different. If you have a low exit point and long ligs, then your routine would consist of
hanging at the upper angles, mainly RSDT, SO, OTS and OTL. But I would estimate that 95% of guys do not have a very low exit point, meaning that they have potential for gains from lig stretch. If you do not have an LOT of 6, then you would hang at the lower angles, SD, UTL, and especially
BTC. To increase stress levels while
hanging BTC, you may swing the
weight from side to side, which stresses the lateral susp ligs as well, or do lower ab crunches.
Basically, you need ten hours of actual hang time per week in order to make significant gains. That is 4-5 sets of 20 minutes per day. If you feel you can do more than that, then great. The more hours you put into
hanging, the better the results. Ten hours per week is the minimum though.
For more information go to
http://www.bibhanger.com/forums/phpBB3/. Click on the "basics" section. There you will find everything you need to know. Also, Bib himself answers questions there. He's the best there is when it comes to
hanging and anatomy.
>When do I know i need to up the
weight? When it stops being sore the next day?<
That information is in the "basics" section of the Bib forum under "managing fatigue". Read, read, read, READ. The Bib forum is the real deal.
>Do you believe it is beneficial to hang when you are sore or do you think it is best to hang when you are feeling rested and in that "jelly state", where you have a stretchy flaccid and can get a good EQ easily?<
Again, all of this is addressed in the "managing fatigue" thread. Basically, being sore is a good thing, because it means you have created deformation. As I said above, you must hang every single day, sore or not. If you are too sore to hang your max
weight, then just reduce the
weight to a level that you can tolerate, and hang all of your sets. Be consistent!
>Once all my gains are made from
hanging downwards, is that the time to start
hanging in the straight out and straight up positions?<
Yes. Once you have fully stretched out your ligs (have an LOT of 6), then you can benefit from upper angle work, which will stress the ENTIRE tunica, inner and outer. But you must stretch out your ligs first, otherwise you'll be trying to deform the ligs AND the tunica at the same time and getting nowhere. One of the most important techniques taught at the Bib forum is dividing and conquering the target tissues: once you have gained all the length you can by fully stretching out your ligs, your next target will be the entire tunica ... and since the ligs are out of the way, tunica gains will be much easier to achieve. It is a much smarter and more productive way of Penis Enlargement'ing. More "scientific", if you will.
>Sorry about all the questions, I just want to get an idea of the theory behind this, as I can't seem to figure out how to gain with all my efforts.<
You do not need to apologize. I do not mind answering your questions and helping you. If you have any more questions for me about
hanging, you can always send me a PM. But I strongly advise you to go to the Bib forum and read everything in the basics section first, and then read the posts, etc, so that you can understand what they're talking about. Also, read about the "three tests". If you want, you can ask Bib himself any question about
hanging. His advice is gold. He is the real guru.
>I actually bought a bib
hanger, I am wearing it right now. There seems to be a hell of a learning curve... I'm pretty sure I have it on incorretly, as I feel some skin stretch and not as much lig stretch as I would with manuals.<
Either your skin is very tight, and you have to do dedicated skin stretch for a week, or you attached too far back, which puts more stress on your skin than your ligs. Make sure you are attaching the
hanger 1.5 inches from the coronal ridge, and pulse pushing until
hanger forms the shoulders of the glans. Do not attach further back than 1.5 inches, unless you want to stretch skin. If your wrap and attachment point are correct, and you still feel the majority of the stress on the skin, then it means you focus on stretching skin for a while. Perhaps 1-2 weeks. To stretch skin, attach the
hanger 2 inches from the coronal ridge and do not tighten down as much. The key is to get the
hanger to rest on the shoulders, with a greater pull on the skin. So if you're stretching skin, do not go crazy on the tightening ... just enough to keep it from slipping. Then, in a week or so, attach at the normal attachment point, and all of the should be placed on the ligs.
>I bought the original model. It seems very big. I am concerned that I bought a too big model. There seems to only be like 2.5-3 inches of flaccid penis exposed that is being pulled and the rest is in the
hanger. Since I want to create tears in the tunica, would it not be best to have most of the penis exposed and less of it in the
hanger?<
The part of the penis which is between the
hanger is being stressed. The entire shaft is being stressed. I do not know how big you are, but if you're over 6 inches erect, then you should be able to hang comfortably with the Original, according to what I've read. I have never used the Original. I use the Hardcore model.
> I got the original because they said it could hang the most
weight, but now that I have it on I see that I may have wanted the smaller model.<
If you feel it is too big for you, then get the Starter model. It is smaller, easier to work with, and easier to learn to use. Once you get the hang of it, it's second nature. And, it can handle up to 60 lbs. I doubt you'll need more than that, lol.
>Also, how tight should I have the thing? Seems to still be moving with the skin, but I don't want to hurt myself. Someone said as tight as possible so that it does not move at all. Is this true?<
Yes, the
hanger should be very tight. Or tight enough for the amount of
weight you wish to hang, so that the
hanger does not slip towards the glans, and cause discomfort, edema, and excess blood in the head. As you move up in
weight, you will have to tighten more and more, to prevent the
hanger from slipping and causing problems. This is all part of the soft tissue conditioning process.
> Length is a bitch..<
I feel ya.
