Tuesday was my last Penis Enlargement day.
Legs Wednesday.
55km bike Thursday. PGE1 dose (26). Lasted a long time, went to bed after 1.5 hours of being hard, woke up 5 hours later still hard. Dick hurt. Due to being hard too long and being numb from improper hanging.
Friday and Saturday = fuck all.
I have been jerking it since Wednesday. Failed week. Silver lining is my erections are still big even though I just keep jackin it. This leads me to believe that when I get a female, I will be able to give her multiple shlortings of good EQ. I was concerned for a long time that after the first nut, my penis would be tiny after and EQ horrible, but seems not the case. I suspect the PGE1 is helping that a lot. It's getting closer and closer to the time to find me a hooker hoe. My penis has been numb/tingly since Monday or before due to improper hanging technique. I attached the hanger too tight. Shit's still numb and tingly. Really worried me, still kinda worried. Have like a discoloration/bruise on my head that is still there. My head hurts when I grip it. Needless to say, no Penis Enlargement.
Here is the post of my questions to Bib (maker of my bib hangers). Seems I was given misinformation by some hangers - they told me to tighten it literally as far as the wing nuts would go - what they didn't tell me is that is for advanced hangers and you must gradually tighten - to discomfort only - to develop the tissues. Like the knucklehead I am, I tightened the fucking thing like a vice and now my winkle hurts and is numb still 4 days after no Penis Enlargement.

Wednesday I went to the doctor for more PGE1 and a checkup. (See this thread for more information he gave me during a visit a few months ago: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...eryone-Should-Read-This!!&p=484204#post484204)
I told him I started hanging. He told me that hangers that grip like a vice are quite damaging. He suggested a vacuum hanger and showed me one and how it is put on. He told me most of his patient's gains started to cease once they added hanging to the PGE1 protocol. He suggests around 6 one-two minute pulls throughout the day, in the downward direction. (manual stretches)
He also told me that having over 2 hours of erect time is bad because it causes inflammation of the penis and can cause fibrosis. He told me that if I stretch after a dose (after erection subsides) and it is sore, then I have gone too long. He said there will be some soreness because having an erection for 1.5-2 hours will cause any man fatigue, but if it's a noticeable pain in the penis after it goes down, then that's been too long. I know what he is talking about. It's the "good soreness" you want, like in weight lifting.
Very frustrating all the contradicting information I get from people who Penis Enlargement. I contemplated it for a few hours, and rather than get pissed off about it and try to piece together all this conflicting information I get, I came up with a general explanation: Different things work for different people, in different phases of their Penis Enlargement career.
Rather than go into great detail and cite all the conflicting information, I will just do this:
Revert to the routine I was doing just prior to starting the PGE1 doses
- manual stretching sessions (15-20 min) once to twice daily
- 6 one-two minute downward stretches throughout the day (may throw in some other directions if I have time)
- wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 4-8 hours a day
- light jelqing if I have time and I feel it will be beneficial.
I DO NOT want to gain any girth. In fact, I want my penis to become stretchy and long, rather than short, thick and not budging.
I will continue with this routine for the next 20 doses of PGE1. I am basically following doctors recommendations for these next 20 doses and see if I gain anything. I think it's wise anyways to not start hanging and doing PGE1 doses at the same time, because scientifically, it will be hard to distinguish what is actually giving me the gains. So this will be the best way to monitor how effective the PGE1 is at doses that cause engorgement for under two hours.
I'm going to use all the Dr.'s theories:
Low erection time to reduce inflammation
No hanging, because it is harmful to the penis and slows gaining during the PGE1 phase
Lots of short sets of SD stretches through out the day
Can still do at least one long set of manual stretching in the day
If I gain on this routine, I will continue with it, milk it until I stop seeing gains. Why not gain from the least amount of work and force if I can, right?
I think this approach is the most logical and scientific.
Before I start getting any angry posts:
1. I realize hanging is a great way of gaining. I feel longer already from the two weeks I hung.
2. I realize it is probably better to have long engorgement times while on PGE1. Ronielle gained by going all out and that seems what you have to do for Penis Enlargement to work.
I just want to listen to this guy who is very credible, do exactly what he suggests. Worst case scenario: I gain nothing these next 20 doses. I go back to him, tell him this, and plan a next move. (I would suggest longer erect times and to add hanging in the mix)
After the 20 doses, if I have not gained, I will FIRST:
Add hanging, but with a vacuum hanger. I will save the bib hanger for when I need to start hanging over 20 lbs.
****No, I don't think the bib is a bad product. I'd return it if I did. And I realize that once I start needing the bib, I will have to start with lower weight than 20 lbs to build my tissue at the attachment point. I will likely have to start hanging with bib hanger simultaneously with the vac hanger once I start to see that I am getting to the threshold of the vac hanger. I've read most gains happen under 20lbs anyways, so in theory, most of my gaining should be achieved with the vac hanger, which is safe on my penis. Only thing I am worried about is the vac hanger will suck and only give skin stretch. I guess we shall see.****
I will give myself a good 1.5 months of hanging before I measure again. Then, if I have still not gained, I will increase my injections and go for a 2+ hour dose, eventually getting to the 4-5 hour mark (15 hours a week) that Ronielle suggests and that Petersouth employs. I will be keeping a close eye on Mr. South during these next 20 doses.
In shlort, I am very frustrated and feel like I am being held back when I want to be off to the races and just start givin'r, but it does make sense to slowly progress and add a method in slowly to be able to accurately track which technique is contributing to gains.
My dick is still kinda numb and painful at the head, so I probably won't start back up on my Penis Enlargement work until Sunday night, or even Monday.
I will be doing a PGE1 dose (24) on Sunday night.
The positive thing is I haven't Penis Enlargement'd since Tuesday (excluding 1 PGE1 dose Thursday) and I have been jerking off maniacally since Wednesday, and I did not work out yesterday or today and I still have the same size as before (check pictures) with a weaker penis so at least I haven't lost much, if anything. And I'm realizing my pecker ain't so bad after all. Few months from now I might have to buy it a 110lb hat.
