You can take whatever partial blood is filling the penis and shove it upwards to balloon out the penis upper half.

I started out flaccid but I was mostly hard for the 40 min.

They say flaccid jelqing is good for length gains. I do it just to work the penis and try to stretch the tissue. Also, after hanging, I would flaccid jelq and it would make my penis supple and pliable again for the next day of hanging. If I erect jelqed, I would over train and it would be tight and brittle the next day for hanging.

This was when hanging. Now I try to erect jelq.

Nice pic, Mike! Sorry about your back. Best tip I ever received for squats is to make sure you have a strong core and flex your abs while squating. I actually get a good ab workout from it. Once your back is healed enough that it doesn't hurt to do ab exercises, start doing as much as you can. Your best bet is high weight low reps. Don't do a million crunches because your back isn't meant to move that much and it can wear down the cartilage.

I've heard about it. Is it any different from taking zinc, magnesium and vitamin b6 tablets? Also, I was using tribulus and testofen, but then I realize it can cause hair loss. I have a receding hair line so I immediately stopped taking it. Will ZMA have the same hormonal effects that causes balding? (raised testosterone levels)

My hair is more important than my cock and my physique.
 
ZMA just allows your body to produce the testosterone that it wants to produce. Not any more, not any less so it shouldn't make you bald faster. Besides, you are already raising your T levels by working out, which is more likely to cause DHT to rise than adding a few minerals. If you are really concerned about your balding, try taking Saw Palmetto to block the DHT. Bodybuilding uses up a lot of zinc and magnesium, but these minerals need to be present to allow your body to produce what it is trying to produce. I've tried other pro-hormones like tribulus and they did nothing, and ZMA you don't have to cycle since it is just minerals that you are supposed to get with your diet anyway.

It is way different than taking them separately. It has to be in aspertate form and in the correct ratio. Regular zinc like in a multivitamin isn't in aspertate form. Also, you can't take calcium with it (which multivitamins have) because that destroys it.

Thx for the info. A quick wiki search tells me that lots of ZMA aren't in the original form. Do you know a brand which is just the pure, original form without all the added stuff? (Like tribulus). Would Now Foods offer a good one? I have a lot of their supplements.
