I am on a strength building program, which I will continue to use until I have reached my desired length and maximum strength. Then I will switch to a workout program that creates more size and definition, as I work girth. Girth is fun and will not eat up as much time as hanging, probably will only eat up half the time it takes to do my hanging sets.

I say lose the fat before anything. I'm fairly lean, about 14-15% body fat. My penis looks ridiculous on me, although I am only 165lbs and 6ft tall. I tend to like petite girls also so I'm not sure I need a 9" (let's hope). If you go by what kingsnake reports and my limited experience with girls, I'd say the average woman is about 7"-8" deep at her maximum. That's just an anecdotal guess though.

You have to keep in mind that women will see an 8" dick and think it's probably more like 9"-10". And if you fuck them right I'm sure they will tell all their friends anyways.

You just summarized my perspective on all this in that post. Now that I'm back I want to get another inch but after that point, there's no point investing more time in length training. From 8 BPenis EnlargementL all a guy needs is good girth and eq. Dude, I'll tell you what about lifting - once you start strength training you'll never want to do hypertrophy lifting. You get hooked. I can't stand doing more than 6 reps, but realistically, natural lifters get the best size gains at lower reps. If you look at most pro natural bodybuilders they say they get and maintain their mass by doing low reps. Even getting "ripped" is more or less reasonable at low reps because your muscular definition is based on the maturity of the tissue, not the rep ranges. It's good to see you're on the right path with the right mindset. Now it's a matter of finding a woman good enough for you. That's where I'm at a loss.
 
I'm on the 5x5 Strong Lifts program, Tahir. You heard of that one? It's mostly full body exercises.

When you say the maturity of the muscle, you mean like how long the muscle has been worked? Like working out for years creates dense muscles, right? The kind of muscles that you don't need to flex to have the definition? Right now, when I am not flexed I look kinda soft but when I flex I look ripped. But I have only been lifting for about a year and a half. So do you think with more time and doing strength lifting my muscles will become denser, therefore have that "flexed" look when at rest? Is that what you mean by muscle maturity?

As far as a girl good enough for me, well, In my case it's the other way around. But I keep working at it.

I'm having some trouble. I have so much self loathing, I can't seem to stop treating women like an asshole. It just means that LA>GLA(gamma linoleic acid) is a precursor to PGE1.

Is it worth taken orally? Not sure. Would all depend on how beneficial systemic PGE1 is.
Is it worth pursuing topically? Not sure either. Magnesium chloride(aids in synthesising PGE1, tissue regeneration, cell turnover) would be worth looking in to, as a DIY Jelqing Oil.
Maybe something like coconut oil(base) with the addition of primrose(9-10% GLA & 60-70% LA)(or borage 20% GLA & 30-40% LA) & magnesium chloride.

Wish I knew more if if any of the above is worth it topically. Most elements of each don't need an base carrier to absorb (MCT, magnesium) since they do that pretty well on their own without the aid of something like DMSO.

Ronielle has a few articles on magnesium & MCT CC injections(as you and many others might have read). No yields were reported on the extent of those experiments other than a few injections.

Magnesium(glycinate/malate) would be something to look into taking orally if you're not already doing.

I know you didn't ask for 3/4 of the information above other than what GLA meant in reference to primrose topically, but was just wanting to throw words to the wind. Didn't know why you was using primrose other than just having it on hand or if you were using it for other benefits.

Hanging SDS is not yielding worthwhile results for the time I put into it and the discomfort it causes. I will now only be hanging 1-2 sets/day. I will be starting a PGE1 protocol soon. Hoping cementing with hanger does not cause too much attachment point pain.
 
I'm giving hanging one last ditch effort. I am now able to attach at the proper point again, just behind my head. So I will attach properly and hang SDS 3-6 sets/day and hope to reach 7.5" NBPenis EnlargementL by summer.

Hey man, don't give up on the hanging. You have seen gains with it, and I am sure you will continue to. If you really just want to move on to girth then definitely do that, but you can still include a set or two a day while doing girth and see gains with time. IMO (you know how short the time is that I've been hanging) hanging can be like body building. You don't have to take steroids to get bigger, but as long as you keep at it you will continue to grow.
