I have an old 300 weight set in my garage that basically has every possible weight I could want to hang with, so I'm set in that regard too. A lot of what you have said resonates with me, so I have decided to focus solely on length by hanging until I get to my goal (something in the 9-10 range). I began using a cable clamp a while back and got amazing temporary gains that lasted for a while, but then it became impossible to do my manual stretches.

I know you mentioned only doing length, and I know you do a bit of light jelqing, but do you think jelqing in conjunction with hanging can help length grow faster? My light jelqing has gradually turned into harder jelqing. I like to jelq for 20 minutes after my last set of the day. I usually do 1-3 sets in the morning, jelq for 10 min, then the remainder of the sets in the evening and jelq for 20 min.

Just last night and the night before, I was jelqing relatively hard and I was noticing how after all the stress from the hanger and weight, my dick was really broken down and it hurt to jelq but felt good at the same time. Also, be prepared for some frustration and pain with hanging. It's a steep learning curve. It took me well over a month and a half to start hanging for gains. What supplements did you use for bodybuilding? (legal or otherwise). I am having trouble. I am quite petite. Look like an underwear model (not bad, but have to be wearing pretty tight clothes to get noticed - not good for work)

Well, let me explain that I have been big on athletics since I was at least 15. I'm talking spending 5 days a week in the gym the WHOLE day over the summer when I was in high school (my dad would drop me off before work and pick me up after/ I mainly played basketball but also ran and lifted weights). Also, my body is built like on the smaller side of really big and the huge side of average. I currently weigh around 250 lbs (6'2''), and although I do have a good amount of fat right now I look muscular and am treated that way.

When I first started body building about three years ago I used Whey Protein, Glutamine, BCAA's (Branch Chain Amino Acids), and Nitric Oxide.

1. Nitric Oxide gives you a huge rush that they say is like cocaine (never used coke). It was recently proven to cause heart attacks and in my case didn't help THAT much and stopped working after around a year. Your body gets used to it and it doesn't have the same effect.

2. Glutamine and BCAA's are supposedly for recovery, but tbh I don't think they do much and are especially not useful for guys who are doing this to look good or recreationally. I only recommend them if you are seriously into strength work, and even then I'm not sure.

3. Whey protein I think is decent. It's protein, which helps you pack on muscle. Apparently whey absorbs into the body faster. I am not so sure about that. If you want buy it in 10 lbs packets. If not just drink milk and eat meat.

My biggest recommendation for a skinny guy is just drink plenty of milk and eat lots of meat. Preferably eat chicken and fish, but if you are thin you can eat the higher calorie red meats without a worry. Didn't you state in another post you prefer to be more defined than big though? The only way to get a bigger more muscular body, however, despite what you may eat, is to lift more weight. This is not a direct causation, but basically the stronger you get the bigger and/or denser your muscles will become.

My diet is good and my training is okay. I am gradually building up. Once I plateau, I am going to start looking into things like testosterone and peptides.

That's all I really want. Used to want a relationship but now I just want to fuck a bunch of hot girls. Relationship seems like a job and women only look at men to see what they can get from them. They look at things like - what will my friends think, will he give me good sex, will he take care of me, what can he do for me, will he entertain me, will he take me out to parties, will he let me live with him rent free, will he give me kids and take care of them, does he have a good career, how big of a house can he afford.... Well feel free to do what you want, but honestly I would never inject anything into my body like testosterone. I hate the thought of doing so, especially for something as silly as having a good body. Just continue to lift and your gains will come. It's a process, and there is no miracle cure to having a hot body. How tall are you and how much do you weigh now? I'm trying to get a sense of what you look like.

I, to a large but not complete extent, agree with your views on women. Rocking the hot body definitely helps. I would even go so far as to say if your goal is to sleep with plenty of hot women you would be better invested stopping Penis Enlargement altogether and dedicate more time to working out, getting a better job, and MOST IMPORTANTLY actually going out and meeting women. Okay, so first off this is the first time I have seen your pics. Men only get better with age (to a certain limit like say your late 40's or 50's), and women get worse off (although I disagree with that personally). I was lifting 5 days a week, in the gym for 1.5-2 hours each time, and I was much stronger, but I looked fat. No definition, unless I had just worked out and had a pump. So I see what you mean about taking it slow and it could take 4 years to properly gain 20 lbs of muscle without adding any body fat.

Just from the hanger. Guess I had dry skin coupled with the rubbing of the hanger and stretching of the skin. The skin cracked, started to heal, then each day got worse as I kept ripping the scab off with the under wrap.

I like to put vaseline on my shaft before hanging my sets so the skin won't crack when it's stretched, but of course vaseline makes it so the tape doesn't hold... and lotion gives me a rash because there is so much shit in it, it actually dries my skin out more than it keeps it moisturized.

Maybe I will start bringing up a wet cloth and dry towel so I can wipe my hands before I touch the tape. The issue is if I apply vaseline on my shaft to prevent skin cracking, then each time I take off my underwrap and re-wrap, I am touching my vaseline covered shaft, which of course eats away at the adhesive on the tape.

Another idea could be to not take my wrap off, but I like to massage my penis and eat it up between sets. I think I'll try the cloth.

That's strange. Maybe you just have to wait for him to manually okay your account on his forum. I think that may be the case.

As for the confirmation, I seem to recall getting an instructional email (how to progress in sets and weight) after the order was confirmed. It took about 1.5-2 weeks to get to me (Canada) once I paid for it.

Check your spam folders and email again in a couple days. You should have gotten an email that tells you how to hang properly.

Also wait a couple days for Bib to confirm your registration to his forum.

If all else fails in a couple days, you can always email him. I'm pretty sure his email is given at his site, but if not, ask me again in a PM and I'll give you it.

He's an honest guy so I wouldn't worry about being ripped off. He answers my questions on his forum daily.
