I'm a tough gainer. I've basically done 30 min - 1 hr manual stretching each day since September 26, 2011. Well, like I said, I found two methods that produced quick results. Back in January, 2011, I was getting sick of not gaining from manual exercises, so I bought a pump. By April, I was up from 5.5 EG to 5.8 EG. That motivated me, especially seeing a temporary 7.25" EG pump.

I suggest you just buy a hanger and figure out how to use it. You don't really need to be 8" either. That seems pretty big and that a deep hole would be needed to accommodate that. I could be wrong, though. Either way, I'm not too worried.
 
Hanging is only dangerous if you're retarded. I am retarded, and I tightened waay too tight, so I had a numb glans for a month. Also, it took me a month to figure out attachment point, but I got it and now there are no problems. Best Penis Enlargement method I've tried (for length).

I don't think I gained any length from pumping. If anything, I lost length.

Up until last week I went 3 weeks without ejaculation as well. Never felt better. Wow. I said in past posts on this forum that I believe masturbation drains the penis and body, while vagina revitalizes it. I too remember having a nice, large flaccid after raw vaginal intercourse.

I believed that it had to do with the intensity and strength of grip, as well as the fact that you are ejaculating alone, which just seems improper.

I believed there was some kind of energy released between two people during and after sex, which is why my penis was never "over trained".

I had never seen any evidence written out and didn't quite know how to verbalize my beliefs, they are just something I thought I had figured out for myself. It's cool to see that someone else is able to put into words what I believe to be the difference between masturbation and vaginal intercourse.

I wrote a thread on how I think masturbating is shitty and faced some support, as well as some resistance. But I am positive not masturbating is a better option, and having vaginal intercourse is the best option of all.

There is a total fatigue that is felt after orgasm and I big reason I advocate for stretching after masturbation for those that practice. If there is something pressing or important on my agenda, I will not release until I have accomplished these things for the very reason you site. I have heard men ask very big questions on such things that require a certain edge to answer where I have directed them to masturbate before making a very big decision. For me, masturbation plays an important role in making decisions that are not out of passion in the moment. I see benefits for each side.
