Because I'm focusing on length until I reach my length goal, then I will work on girth. I usually do 10 min of jelqing at the end of my night time hanging session to restore flow. I also massage my penis and do sort of dry jelqs in between sets.

Also, my EQ is good and my nighttime erections are unrelenting as is, so I don't feel I need to do any separate jelqing sessions to help that. The first 6-8 months of doing Penis Enlargement I jelqed nearly every day for at least 15 minutes.

On a helpful note, I am going to post the content of two emails I sent to two different users to try to help them out. I believe the content will be helpful for anyone looking for lots of beginner information all in one place. Not to say all the info is about beginner exercises, much of it is about advanced and risky techniques, it's just summed up nicely for anyone who is new to Penis Enlargement to start with.

"There are many ways to get a big penis, some aren't advertised on this forum. It all depends how bad you want it. I spent the last year learning about Penis Enlargement and I will tell you pretty much everything I know, all the resources I have that took me a year of digging.

This will be overwhelming amount of information at first, but at your own pace, use the resources I give you to learn on your own. Read, read, read. Ask questions.

I will give you the basics:

First off, work your length. You don't want to gain too much girth before you gain your length because that makes it tougher to deform the tunica. That's the hanging site. Read everything. Ask questions. The maker of the device and owner of the forum answers questions daily. He'll even look at pictures of your penis and tell you roughly how much length you can gain.
Basically with hanging, you hang straight down and BTC (between the cheeks) until you max out your ligament gains, then start hanging at higher angles (over the shoulder, over the leg) to stretch the tunica. After you have maxed out your hanging gains (this could be anywhere from 1-3 years), you can start pumping. This will give you girth and could give you a bit extra length. A couple things I forgot to mention in the video:

1. I warm up before the dose, as PGE1 is an exercise like anything else.
2. When you go to push the plunger down, there should be no resistance other than the resistance of the syringe plunger itself. If there is any added resistance, that means you are not in the CC, you are in the skin. If you inject in the skin, it will bubble up and could be painful and will not be effective.
3. If you do an injection and it's a miss (you don't get a response) DO NOT do another injection. Wait until your next injection. Ask Petersouth, you will over dose and risk priapism.
4. I was told don't exceed 3 times a week, but you can do it how you please.
5. Anything over a 5 hour erection, you are in danger of a priapism and could lose your dick. Be careful.

There is a lot more information needed on PGE1 and safety procedures. You will have to look for these as I don't have a link. The main things: Any erection over 5 hours and you are in danger zone. Sudafed will bring the erections down, as will doing strenuous activity like running up stairs to get your heart rate up very rapidly. All else fails, you need a trip to the emergency room. I'll leave that up to you to find out the risks and safety procedures of PGE1 injections. Basically start with a small dose and work your way up to a dose that makes you hard for desired amount of time (2-5 hours) and you'll be fine. Like anyhting else, start slow, gradually add more time.

PM 2: My Advice to a Pumping Skeptic

"I got fluid bad buildup when I went over board. If you do a gradual routine where you pump to a reasonable level for a reasonable amount of time and only progress in force and time in tiny increments, you will not get much or any fluid buildup. Also, jelqing in between pumping sets makes it so you have no fluid buildup - however, your expansion is not as great as if you were to just do straight sets. You'd have to do more sets to get more expansion, but as long as you're keeping at it daily, then you'll be fine. Eventually, you'll want to add a second, then a third session of pumping/jelqing in daily.

I temporarily quit girth work to focus on length, but I know when I get back into it, it will be lots of work to get to my goal girth size. I have a theory that taking breaks while working girth is a good idea, not length though. I have not tested this theory yet but it is based on the fact that I could not exceed 5.85" girth (not pumped measurement) even after a gainless month. But I still have that size. So my theory is that if I were to start pumping again, I would again gain a small amount (0.3" or so) and then plateau. So I would have to wait to start pumping again.

The theory is like bodybuilding. You train for months and you hit a plateau; your body is only going to get so big. Then once you stop working out, say you don't work out for 6 months, you are still 10-20 lbs heavier than before you started working out. This is now your base weight. So when you go back to working out, you will reach a new bigger size, since your base weight is now larger than before. The idea is that you can gain a certain amount of size past your base weight before you plateau, but if your base weight goes up in size, then you should be able to exceed your maximum from before. Exact same idea with pumping. This is how my body works, may not be the case for you.

You really have to try it out for yourself, be conservative but dedicated, and go slowly. If you're just going to mindlessly pump away with no theory of internal corpus cavernosum/spongiosum expansion and try to fill the tube then you will get buildup. But in my case, even when I did that, I still gained.

However, I had bad fluid buildup on my foreskin, which hurt and fucked up my next day's session. So I got to a point where I wanted to get in the maximum amount of work without causing any foreskin fluid buildup. A lot of the problem was that the pump I was using and the shape of my penis. I was sucked into the plastic, which is good because it causes better expansion (and is good for length gains as well - I never had any but many report it) but bad because the way me penis is shaped, my foreskin is going to be the part that is getting sucked to the top of the tube, thus causing bad fluid buildup.

Another thing you want to watch out for is your penis getting squeezed at a certain point, causing the circulation to the skin cut off. I had bad discoloration because of it, which is still there but has faded significantly. There is also permanent marks on the underside of my shaft. The problem was the pump I was using (Bathmate [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] original) would suck in the most at the bottom, around the girthiest part of my shaft - the base. So this caused the circulation to be cut off and the skin discolored. It's called "The Rings Of Death". This can be avoided by using a pumping sleeve. I think they solved this problem with the new model of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I did not really care about the cosmetic appearance of my penis - I was concerned with size.

I think pumping is a great tool. You just need to do it properly. Use a pump until you outgrow it and it becomes painful or causes any discoloration. I own the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] as well, which is a hell of a lot bigger. I found it gave a good pump with less fluid buildup and major base girth gains, the opposite of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. The expansion was less than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] but that is just physics - the closer you are sucked into the sides of the pump, the better the suction. There was a large learning curve for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words].

When I get back into pumping, I am going to buy several cylinder sizes - some for pumping for length, some for girth, some large for base girth etc.

Dude for the first week I was hanging my hanger would not stay on straight. My dick would always turn to one side. So I quit messing with it and just let is stretch out on the crooked direction and in a few days my ligs lengthened out to where they were even with each other. If you have slight curve on any side of your dick, that could make your hanging seem unbalanced. I have a curve on the left side and some times I get more tension there when I hang but whenever I test out my eq, my erect penis shows much less of that curve. From my short experience, just going with the shitty hanging is better than no hanging. As long as your head isn't getting discolored. It's like lifting weights. You can do one rep perfectly and fuck up the next 9, but as long as you're not messing around with weights that are too heavy for you, you're going to get the feel for it and pretty soon all your reps will be perfect. It's all just practice.

Yeah for sure. I like that I can still do other things while I hang though, ie reading or watching shit on the computer. I might figure out a way to build a proper chair without arms so I can play the guitar as I hang BTC because that would just be ideal.

Can't remember the rest. Probably very little. My mind needs a rest from manual work for a few days. I am focusing on hanging - proper technique and attachment point conditioning. Manuals were getting in the way of my motivation and cutting my hanging time short. I will abstain from manuals and extending as long as it is affecting my hanging protocol. Mentally, I am just not able to complete as much in a day, the same things each day, every day for an extended period of time like I was a year ago - the motivation has dwindled, like anything in life. Maybe I'll start to worship Satan to give me the power to constantly be tugging at my winkle while resculpting my body. I think asking God for help with such superficial, frivolous goals is frowned upon? Not being happy with too many things at once is draining is my point.
