It was my original idea for enlargement, but I think the exercises are just as, if not more important. I'm nearly 26 now, I don't want to be 30 by the time I reach my goals. Time is precious. Also, my hopes are that hanging will deal with the length portion and the injections will help more with the girth and EQ portion. Plus the fatigue after the injection would be an ideal time to work length. Just want it bad, any way possible.

It is good Mike that you recognize the importance of manual work. As you stated with the injection process, it is repeated expansion that brings the gains, the same thing is true in manual Penis Enlargement.
 
Yesterday:

1.5 hours of extending.
2 sets of hanging 3lbs (25 min and 20 min). Heating pad in between sets.
Couple manual piss sets. [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] for another 1-1.5 hours.

Hit gym (arms). Felt fatigued and weak from getting back into, however still went hard. Have a nice swell, feel good now. Did not work stomach. In and out in an hour.

Couple manual stretches.
One more set of hanging 3 lbs for 20 min.

Testicle massage after waking

1 hour 20 min bike ride
Hit gym (chest). Went pretty hard, low weight (getting back into it slowly). Good workout.

20 min manual stretch set with 20 DLD blasters and scrotum stretches throughout.
2 sets of hanging 3 lbs (20 min sets)
20 minute set of v-stretch - 6 lbs
1 more set of hanging 3 lbs (20 min set)
Wet jelqs (300-400)

I avoided any Penis Enlargement today until this evening after the gym, then I hit it hard. I think I may have over trained, as I am turtling now, but during the manual session, I was in the "jelly state" where it is really pliable and loose and stretches nicely. As you can see in the picture, my testicles are also hanging quite low. This is part of the "jelly state" and I contribute low testicle hang to testicle massages and stretches.

This state is the ideal state for gaining length, I believe. When I went into the hanger for the first set, I had a great flaccid hang going and it helped my hanging set quite a bit.

I think I will incorporate a manual stretch session (with plenty of DLD blasters in that jelly state) and then immediately hang (as opposed to go into [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]) into my routine. I think this will bring me some good gains. It felt very good and like it was benefiting.

I see you included jelqing to your routine as well. I must tell you to be careful with this. Please make sure that the jelqing is strictly a maintenance set, and nothing more ... in other words, do not use enough intensity in your strokes to create further gains.

There are two different types of tunica in the penis. There is the layer that surrounds both CC's and the CS, which expands laterally and longitudinally as the penis gets engorged, and then there's the outer layer of tunica that encloses all three chambers, which only expands longitudinally. Since you are focusing solely on length, you will no doubt be deforming the outer layer of tunica - longitudinal deformation. Now, if you also create significant deformation in the lateral bonds of the tunica by doing heavy girth work, the fibers of these two inflamed sets of tissues can overlap and heal simultaneously, causing a permanent bend of the erect penis, also known as Peyronie's disease.

If you ask me, there's no point in getting a bigger penis that is bent. So be careful. I know you tend to go overboard a lot of the time so I felt that I should share this knowledge with you, before you do something you will regret. Jelq as usual, but just for maintenance. Light Jelqing. Do not overdo it. You can get your girth back any time, in a heart beat, once you've reached your length goals.

I was really only jelqing for penis heath and because I'm a tad numb after hanging, so just to get blood flow. I also seem to have a better flaccid hang after jelqing and seem more pliable, so I may try before hanging a few times.

But this is very good information. I will tone down the intensity of the jelqing a lot and make sure it is strictly for blood flow. I also have been jelqing at lower EQ because I read somewhere that the tunica deforms more while in a less engorged state (50-60%) and that low EQ jelqing helps length gaining. What do you think about this theory?

That is correct. Try and keep it between 60% - 75% erect. The stiffer the tissues are, the harder they are to deform. And the greater the risk of injury. You need to be able to see and feel the blood moving as you stroke to the tip. The more rigid the tunica is, the more resistance there will be, and the tissues will not expand as much as you would want them to. However, anything below 60% would not be effective, as that amount of blood would not be enough to create the pressure needed to break down the tissues of the CC's past their normal volume capacity.

In your case, you want to get an erection between 60% - 80% and jelq as usual, but with less pressure from your hands. Maybe two thirds of your normal pressure, or a little less.

By the way, I do not think that jelqing with a very low EQ can bring length gains. You need the a certain amount of blood in your penis to create enough outward pressure to make length gains.
 
Did relatively no Penis Enlargement today. Maybe one piss stretch. Over trained a tad yesterday.

Did a PGE1 shot @ 11:25 (around 24). Unfortunately, I ran out of it prematurely due to having to increase my doses. So tonight I only had enough for around a 24 shot, when they have been at 28 lately. I still have a pretty decent erection (85-90%) but I imagine it will not last longer than 1.5 hours. Did not tie off for this dose. Cannot complete my tying off experiment until I have another 28 dose.

I injected very close to the base this time and it did not hurt so bad sticking the needle in. Usually when I inject higher, it hurts more. Just a tip for anyone.

I worked pretty hard at work today, Sunday is one of my off days from the gym (along with Thursday). I usually do a few lifts (curls + bench + sit ups) at home on Sundays after work, but I just got back into it after two weeks of inconsistency so I am taking today as a rest day. I lifted my fair share of heavy things today anyhow. Body is looking remarkably different compared to last Sunday just from having three consistent days of exercise (wed-sat) then incidentally getting proper sleep and having enough strength to giv'er at work today. Stomach is looking kinda poor but I haven't been working it as hard as normal.

Mind state is kinda fucked - nothing but contempt for women - yet I still want to fuck a couple of them anyhow. Very confounding. I am temporarily content with my daily routine, however. The next 3 months I am gunning for 195 lbs fairly ripped with some semblance of a six pack when not flexing, then I will actually try going out and maybe spending money on something that doesn't involve my body/penis and maybe enjoy myself. Having a goal (although it is physical and fairly superficial) makes day to day life possible. Definitely need the added motivation (light at the end of the tunnel) after a solid year of being good and fuckin' givin'er.

My Penis Enlargement goals also include a .25" EL gain in 3 months time. I mean, come on. PGE1 injections in my prick, added hanging to the mix (more painful than injections), I gained a .6" BPFSL since my initial newbie "gains" but no EL. I deserve more Shlort.

I commend you on your risky routine. However, I think you might want to consider adding more weight to your hanging session. I do not think 3 lbs will accomplish much. For hanging, I think you should be moving up to 10 lbs or more. When I was hanging, I moved up to 13 lbs over a two month period after starting with 5 lbs.

Thanks dude, I appreciate the comradery. We have similar stats, except unfortunately I have a .9" fat pad, so my 7.8 BPenis EnlargementL is only a 6.9 NBPenis EnlargementL.

Also, do you (and everyone else) sit down when you measure or stand? What is the standard? Because when I stand, my fat pad is only .5" but my length shrinks by at least .25".

It's really a bitch trying to gain mass while doing Penis Enlargement because of the pelvic fat, such a hard region to lose fat. And to make matters worse, I wear an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at work all week, so that makes it so I can't utilize my core when working and do lifts and bends that would help tone it up, so I grow even more fat. :(

Oh well. Penis size increase is #1 on my list of priorities.

PS - Anyone have any methods on losing body fat without losing muscle mass? (Diet, certain exercises etc)
