Im gonna start with this routine soon! Getting all the supplies first and after that its show time.
Its a bit difficult to get a good overview of the program though. Ive tried to put it down in a word file but Im gonna make it easier to follow by doing it in excell soon.

Starting with the routine will be just like starting with any routine, it is all about learning the exercises, fitting them in and following the program as closely as possible. I am so happy that men still take part in SRT without the LengthMaster! I really thought many would just not do the program because they could not get the device. The PowerAssist is a good alternative for now and I really hope the LengthMaster 2 will be available very, very soon.
Getting an excell file set up is smart. Many guys are logging hours trained, some minutes. These highly specialized routines really benefit from as much data as you can keep. You want to know whats working and why, keeping a thorough log is such valuable information. If your not camera shy, take pictures so you can have comparisons later, when you grow. I was only able to document from 8.5 to 10.5, My first picture posted at 6.5" was not measured

Thanks for the kind words dld. Only thing Im a bit worried about is whether it wont put too much stress on my penis since I had troubles getting hard a week ago. Honestly, I posted about this and though you mentioned it would be fatigue, there is still significant discoloration and its more diffifcult for me to maintain a strong erection (never ever had that problem before). Could it be that Ive caused serious damage? Venous leak, could that happen like that?

DLD, which cock ring would you recommend or which do you use yourself. Sounds very exciting. I was wondering if you could outline the routine from stretches and girth exercise and break down of how many days on and off. I have a fast size extender but the silicone straps have become stretched and don't hold well. I was wondering if knew anywhere to purchase straps. Do you believe that express stretching can be done without extender or some other method. Divo-Cup and Uncle Jim's Wrap are a toss up, half and half with the users. The FastSize had that heavier hardware but you may be able to do the VLC Modification, but not positive.
