Ever since I am losing weight...I feel great DLD. I have more energy, more sexual stamina, feel happier. I am still not done though. I got a question for you guys...how much body fat should I have if I want to get rid of ALL the fat pad?

I hope not, I've seen pictures of you, you can't be more than 10% body fat. 17% is high, especially for someone who works out. I'll get it down. I'm going to consult a nutritionist and I will post the details of what I learn from her in my progress thread.

Thanks for the motivation dude. Dancing is the best way to both have fun and do a good workout! Especially when I am going to be moving to Florida soon after I graduate from my college in May.

I always suggest an ease into a routine, SRT definitely can be scaled down or stepped up easily by changing one of it's many components. Also, SRT can be easily applied to all other routines men may be using. It is difficult to make the routine permanent until all other part of the MOS Restructure are accomplished.
 
Regarding Uncle Jim's wrap ads, does it work from bpel or just flaccid length? Also, the fact that you'd be stretching the penis in a state where your girth is at its minimum would contribute to lose girth maybe?
