DLD, Did you ever post the exercise routines yet? I really want to try and do your exercise routines because I have a good inch almost in my fat pad that needs to go away.

Tonight the challenge starts but getting in early is great! I will update the diet portion this evening. I am all ready to start, I hope other are. The 3 trials should be ready to be posted tonight too. I am very excited!
 
Understanding diet and exercise is very important in doing a complete transformation of size. The importance diet and exercise to penis size is just as important as the exercises and rest of the SRT Routine. We will look at penis size in this topic in two ways, Natural size and Forced size. Natural size is in relationship to your penis and it's natural size in relationship to your body size. An example of natural size increase would be loosing 1" of fat pad and gaining 1" of visual, natural penis. A loss that is a gain:) A Forced gain would be how diet and exercise effect blood flow, in penis enlargement, to force new gains. An example of this would be someone who switches from eating junk food to a healthier diet and starts to include exercise, this person would make better gains due to an increased blood flow and a stronger, healthier body.
 
I just copied this from ZackD89 sticky thread in the pics section which i think goes to say that DLD's new work is bang on the money in terms of healing in a stretched state. I have put the relevant text in bold to show that this is proof to show the importance of healing in stretched state. If your not doing it i thin you should start asap and those difficult gains might not be so difficult.

I would increase the reps and number of sets as I progressed, matching what I felt my penis could handle. I like to end my sets of jelqing with about 20 Ulis. Olive Oil was my lube of choice. I always perform my exercises near a heat source to keep the tissues nice and relaxed.

After I was done with manual exercises and pumping, I would wear my ADS for 1 or 2 sets of 2 hours. This really helped my flaccid size and head grow.

ANy help is greatly appreciated. I have been under a great deal of stress over the past few days and have found it difficult to meet my own deadlines. I have most of what needs to be posted written and I am finishing some of the finer points. I will also be shooting a video that will discuss SRT in greater detail, this may be the best way to translate much of my thoughts.

You talk about doing erect stretching a little later in week 2 I think , what would be a good routine for erect stretching? I am on day 3 of this mission and decided to measure for the first time in a long time to make sure I am spot on so I know what I will gain and I was very happy to see I have gained .25 in length and my bpfsl is longer too. I have to say I am becoming one with manuel stretching finally. I could never figure it out in the past due to not getting a good grip and also being slightly unmotivated to do them but now I am stretching like a mad man before and inbetween my SG sessions!

I have an extra pep in my step tonight, even though I chose to stay home on a Friday night and pull on my wanger haha. I am so dedcated to this routine right now! Now I can't wait to lose that damn fat pad!!
 
I love the Guinea Pig feeling as I always end my trial of a new DLD routine with a guaranteed bigger cock.

Never too late. Most of us are just getting started and I have a feeling this workout will be the next Phase in the MOS Members Site....this routine will live on like the Newbie Routine.
 
i hate bein a broke college kid...i wish i could afford all the stuff you need to do everything lol. i think i might put away a little bit to buy a Bathmate at least. it seems to be what's giving the most gains globally. if i could get this hanger to work for me and did that, i bet i could finally see the gains i've been wanting since i first tried jelqing a few years back

Even if you can not afford the equipment you can still take part in some of the work. An Ace bandage only costs around $15 and can be used as a light extender after all your manual stretching. You can also practice multiple stretching sessions throughout the day when you readjust your Jim Strap. I can even help you create a manual routine based on this routine. I have some more stuff I need to get done but after this I will be more than happy to help you.

i've already got a thing of self adhesive wrap. idk why, but it seems like i never get good gains from manual work even when i put in time. i think it's because i'm not strong enough to get the stretch i need to grow and hold it. my grip always gets wore out too soon. that's why i really wanted to try hanging since it can provide a consistent stretch as long as i want
