The only thing that I think is missing is a little bit of infrared heat for warm up and during repair.

It was necessary, I needed to know and the experiment worked brilliantly. I am sure the SRT has a lot to do with growth an even if a member can't do the entire workout they should employ dome of the healing processes. As I said, even wearing the SizeGenetics at a light setting, after length work, will help penis heal in an extended position! Wearing Uncle Jim's Strap as much as possible will help too. Cock rings will be king in girth healing.

Pick up one of the cheap latex rings (packs of 5 or 10) Nothing too demanding, just light enough to keep the pump during healing periods.

Thank you! The way I set up the routines is to maximize gains from all areas and angles, trying to cover extremes in dual sessions. I also set it up this way to keep your penis guessing an not becoming too comfortable with any one exercise. The different areas the penis gains are many and accessing these gains can be tricky, I believe the routine not only accesses these gains but the healing process allows them to stay. Healing is vital to SRT. Introducing Expressive Stretching will bring new gains to the surface allowing for expansion and elongation. The Alpha Jelq will bring new blood flow from areas we normally ignore and utilizing the Bathmate and super-set exercises will use this new blood flow to produce faster, larger results. A lot of thought went into this and I believe it is a big reason some men struggle in Penis Enlargement.

Strange puzzle to finally solve after so many years in the game:) I think it was elusive in many ways and hidden just below the surface but soon became evident that this was the piece of the puzzle that was allowing me to lose gains, regain losses and make new gains. All within 6 months and all exactly in line with SRT theory. Suppression and restriction was keeping my penis is a transposed position, limiting blood supply, causing terrible flaccid size, infrequent erections, low libido, etc. Even when I restarted Penis Enlargement, in the restricted position I could not gain. It was when I started to apply the new concepts in healing and maximizing expansion/elongation that I regained losses and made new gains.

Your the best DLD, you and your forum is the only pe forum I go too and it helped me in countless ways. I always love to read your articles. I'm about to read it while I have the Bathmate on. I was skimming through the article and it's funny you mentioned wearing a cock ring after girth because I just started to do that yesterday after a Bathmate and ball pumping session and it felt really good. I also took to heart when you said that you gain faster with erect work. This caused me to bump up my girth and erect work which is helping me and keeping me motivated to have frequent erections. One thing I'm interested in doing is wearing golf weights on my penis a long with my ball weights to make use of the time I sleep and plus I think the golf weights will be comfortable to sleep with like I'm not wearing them. Ok so I was definitely right...I can't complete that routine at this time but I have been thinking about using something to stay extended all day. The sg is out because my job is somewhat physical and alot of up and down movements. I never knew of a method to do this till now. I have toyed with the idea of hanging weighs off my prince albert but have been to afraid to snag it or rip it out.

Anyways I know this is mostly untested but im going to try the uncle jim deal. I could stay extended like this for 10 to 12 hrs a day so hopefully it will help. Only time will tel but it seems completely logical to me. Hopefully I can get a length master soon and make a super compact high intensity workout. Something that takes 15 min or so start to finish so I could do one before work then wrap all day...then one after with a few hours of sg extending.

Uncle Jim's Wrap is very comfortable and flexible allowing for all movement. If you can't be in the SG while healing definitely use Jim's strap.

Since the compression from the underwear effected your penis overall; why does the compression from the Jims Wrap not effect girth? Or does it, but the gains from exercises overtake the losses from it. (sorry if it is a dumb question, but I am new)

You will not be wrapping to the point of restriction, you will simply wrap to stay extended, it will not effect girth.

Great article DLD I learned a lot from it. One interesting thing I noticed is that in one stretching session your saying to go in all directions. Then the rest of the stretching sessions you say to do only btc stretches? I thought that was a really good idea because it would be easier to follow through on the length routine. It would be much easier for me to devote one good LM stretching set in all directions. Then put on the SG and do only btc stretches with the LM through out the day. This really clued me in because stretching in all directions for many sets would get tedious after a while. Taking 5-10 min. for doing powerful btc stretches or stretches of choice between the SG sounds like a perfect plan. Just when I think my routine can't get any better you come a long with something ingenious lol. Then you do expressive stretching with the PA directly after each set? That's amazing because your pulling out the inner penis that you might have missed with regular stretching. One question though, what power assist stretch are you doing for expressive stretching?

I am happy much of this has landed in the right place in your mind, good work. With the LengthMaster or the PowerAssist you can do Expressive stretching your penis and balls through the loop and push heavily against the body. From here, using both hands, you can stretch the expressed penis.
 
Thanks DLD, I didn't know you had to put your put your balls as well through the PA loop. Also didn't know your stretching with two hands at the base and stretching close to the body while the PA is resting on your legs. This sounds like a really promising way to do expressive stretching. Using two hands stretching from the base with the PA sounds like an awesome way to do expressive stretching I can already tell! Doing these and Bathmate hardcore stretches should really help out with exposing the inner penis. I'm going to try this exercise with the PA tonight, this sounds like it's going to be a great edition to my routine. That article really gave me good LM tips, I love it even more now, the LM is very under rated. It should be more famous for what is does and the three in one aspect.

I have just started using the VLC tugger with SG and I was wondering what you think about using the strap and vlc tugger system as an alternative to uncle jims wrapping method? Which one do you think would be more effective? I would think that you could actually apply pressure using the strap system. what do you think

How often does this really need to be rewrapped? This seems like something I would be interested in trying if you can kind of set it and forget it.

It varies depending on tightness. If I go tight and stretch as far as I can I need to reset every 45 minutes. If I go extremely light I can go all day.
 
I just followed the morning routine but because I have been using the sg for a good month straight I am hopping on that for the first week instead of using the jims wrap so much. Anyone else follow through today?

DLD, Did you ever post the exercise routines yet? I really want to try and do your exercise routines because I have a good inch almost in my fat pad that needs to go away.
