Today is the beginning of my second week. From what DLD wrote about the second week, girth work is done in the morning including expressive stretching. I am doing only length exercise. Should I start my length exercise in the evening including the expressive stretching? Should I do expressive stretching in the morning and do the remaining exercise in the evening? I need suggestions please.

Hey HG. I'd follow Dlds new post just above since its the perfect answer to your question. New expressive stretch+ erect stretch. Do as much of that in the AM as you can as your AM routine. Do you pm routine length as normal. The erect axoressive routine is really more length so it fits your needs. Expressives are about pulling base core inner root penis out from inside the body. Should be part of your routine, HG, so just do that in AM.

The lower hand goes deep into the base, collecting as much of the erect, inner penis as possible. From here you jelq up about an inch while taking the other hand, reverse grip, and stretch the penis outward being sure the lower hand is directing pressure towards the stretch. This will produce faster length gains in a two-fold way. As we are jelqing up, with force against the upper hand stretching we are practically working with new penis. The direction is the same but the pressure of the lower hand is of such that pressure is high, even when stretching with great force with the upper hand.

no problem. There is using the prescription strength but this over the counter version of 1 percent is perfectly safe
 
also remember that hydrocortisone cream is very good to use on your face after you shave it will help you prevent wrinkles dryness and keep your skin really healthy
 
There's also a mental part to this whole masturbation exercise. When you're reaching deep into your groin you want to really imagine that you're pulling the root of the penis out. Try to imagine an extra inch being pulled out as you're doing your stretches and the jelq. Switch hands to get an even better grip at the base. I like girth in the evening as I am in a much more "sensual" mood. For me, I need to be aroused to make a good girth session. Morning girth for me is usually crap, I can't concentrate and I do not feel sexy in the least:) The morning is best for length in my mind as length takes absolutely no concentration but work. Hey, DLD, could you please answer some more questions to me when you get the to to :)

1- It is something that has being bothering me for the last 1-2 weeks. The problem is I get no expansion from edging or ballooning. I've been reading around the forum for quite some time and have seen many guys claiming that edging/ballooning gives them expansion comparable to the one they get from SSJing. When I balloon and do not allow myself reach an orgasm, I usually do this for about 30 minutes (the buildup starts after the 15th minute). don't thank me...i have the same problem as you lol. They do make a bandage that comes with a clip on it that you might could try out. I used that on my leg at first, then when the 2 clips both broke i switched to the self adhesive. The self adhesive worked fine for my leg, but back when i had tried one on my dick it would never work. And no, i've never heard of the alpha jelq. Where did you hear about it from?
 
The Alpha Jelq I believe is where you actually "jelq" the sides of your stomach down into an normal jelq on your penis. Like your jelqing the blood in your stomach down into your penis. I never got them to work for me and have since excluded them from my routine.
 
What medications would make you need to pee every hour? I get hourly breaks in school which works out, but when i get a job, i'll need an excuse lol

Wrap it looser. I've gone hours at a time at work and at home without any circulation problems. Once you get it right you can wear it until you really do need to pee again
