Good EQ considering I only slept 4 hours. My dick felt very sore from the long jelq and then masturbating - definitely over trained it from that. But it recovered.
I came up with a theory today about improving recovery time after ejaculation. It was derived from the theory "don't lift til failure if you want to gain strength".
I'll elaborate. When I jerk off, I usually jerk off 3-10 times in a 1-3 day span, then stop cold turkey again. Like drugs, I am more inclined to go again if I have already done one. But this time, I only busted once and went about my life.
After ejaculating, my penis was refracted, or smaller. My flaccid had been huge for days, but then after jerking it, I was afraid my flaccid would stop
hanging and become short and tight again. My penis was very sore after ejaculating, all along the tunica and especially the parts where the
hanger clamps on. Ultimate fatigue in my whole dick. Usually I keep jerking anyways, and my dick stays sore for a couple days, weak EQ etc.
This time, I let it heal. And even with only 4 hours of sleep, it healed within the first 5 hours of me being awake (give or take). Now, as far as gaining goes, I am going to stick with my theory that it probably hindered some gains a little bit by tightening up and being worked like that.
But when it makes me think about down time between ejaculations. I never give my penis a chance to heal after one go before I go at it again. Maybe if I start giving myself proper time to heal in between ejaculations, I will slowly build up tolerance and develop faster recovery time.
It's very similar to the analogy of going back to the gym after being away for awhile (which I am going through as well). If you go intensely hard for the first week back, you are going to be sore as fuck, and likely doing more damage than good. But if you go slow, low
weight and give you body time to heal in between workouts, you will get stronger, quicker (Keep in mind I am no longer working out for size. I am working out for definition and strength).
So if you ejaculate, and you're sore afterwards, rather than jerking off again, let yourself heal 100%. Then, my theory is the next time I jerk it, I will recover even faster. Repeat process. Keep repeating until recovery time is quick. I want to be able to fuck like hell, then do it again immediately after or very shortly after.
If I go for, let's say, over a week without jerking off, my EQ, libido and recovery time is astounding. I can get an erection on cue, 100% EQ, the ejaculation will be amazing, and many times I can crank out two nuts back to back. But I have to abstain from ejaculating for long periods of time to attain this.
I am hoping my new theory will make it so my dick is constantly in "shape" like it is when I am abstinent.
