A month or two ago, someone had sent me a private message regarding a 14 month old thread I created on a Bodybuilding forum regarding hormones and penis enlargement. I wrote a private message to a user at one of the forums a couple weeks ago, basically explaining my approach to Penis Enlargement and the way I believe Penis Enlargement should be done. It's pretty much all the information you will need to get started on learning about the most cutting edge, effective techniques. Here's the message:

I'm thinking the logical place to go after your manual exercises have dried up, after you have maxed out your "newbie gains" (give it a solid 4 months before advancing, until you haven't gained with a month of work) would be getting into

That's the

A couple things I forgot to mention in the video:
1. I warm up before the dose, as PGE1 is an exercise like anything else.
2. When you go to push the plunger down, there should be no resistance other than the resistance of the syringe plunger itself. If there is any added resistance, that means you are not in the CC, you are in the skin. If you inject in the skin, it will bubble up and could be painful and will not be effective.
3. If you do an injection and it's a miss (you don't get a response) DO NOT do another injection. Wait until your next injection. Ask Petersouth, you will over dose and risk priapism.
4. I was told don't exceed 3 times a week, but you can do it how you please.
5. Anything over a 5 hour erection, you are in danger of a priapism and could lose your dick. Be careful.
There is a lot more information needed on PGE1 and safety procedures. You will have to look for these as I don't have a link. The main things: Any erection over 5 hours and you are in danger zone. Sudafed will bring the erections down, as will doing strenuous activity like running up stairs to get your heart rate up very rapidly. All else fails, you need a trip to the emergency room. I'll leave that up to you to find out the risks and safety procedures of PGE1 injections. Basically start with a small dose and work your way up to a dose that makes you hard for desired amount of time (2-5 hours) and you'll be fine. Like anyhting else, start slow, gradually add more time.

"I got fluid bad buildup when I went over board. If you do a gradual routine where you pump to a reasonable level for a reasonable amount of time and only progress in force and time in tiny increments, you will not get much or any fluid buildup. Also, jelqing in between pumping sets makes it so you have no fluid buildup - however, your expansion is not as great as if you were to just do straight sets. You'd have to do more sets to get more expansion, but as long as you're keeping at it daily, then you'll be fine. Eventually, you'll want to add a second, then a third session of pumping/jelqing in daily.
I temporarily quit girth work to focus on length, but I know when I get back into it, it will be lots of work to get to my goal girth size. I have a theory that taking breaks while working girth is a good idea, not length though. I have not tested this theory yet but it is based on the fact that I could not exceed 5.85" girth (not pumped measurement) even after a gainless month. But I still have that size. So my theory is that if I were to start pumping again, I would again gain a small amount (0.3" or so) and then plateau. So I would have to wait to start pumping again.
The theory is like bodybuilding. You train for months and you hit a plateau; your body is only going to get so big. Then once you stop working out, say you don't work out for 6 months, you are still 10-20 lbs heavier than before you started working out. This is now your base
weight. So when you go back to working out, you will reach a new bigger size, since your base
weight is now larger than before. The idea is that you can gain a certain amount of size past your base
weight before you plateau, but if your base
weight goes up in size, then you should be able to exceed your maximum from before. Exact same idea with pumping. This is how my body works, may not be the case for you.
You really have to try it out for yourself, be conservative but dedicated, and go slowly. If you're just going to mindlessly pump away with no theory of internal corpus cavernosum/spongiosum expansion and try to fill the tube then you will get buildup. But in my case, even when I did that, I still gained.
However, I had bad fluid buildup on my foreskin, which hurt and fucked up my next day's session. So I got to a point where I wanted to get in the maximum amount of work without causing any foreskin fluid buildup. A lot of the problem was that the pump I was using and the shape of my penis. I was sucked into the plastic, which is good because it causes better expansion (and is good for length gains as well - I never had any but many report it) but bad because the way me penis is shaped, my foreskin is going to be the part that is getting sucked to the top of the tube, thus causing bad fluid buildup.
Another thing you want to watch out for is your penis getting squeezed at a certain point, causing the circulation to the skin cut off. I had bad discoloration because of it, which is still there but has faded significantly. There is also permanent marks on the underside of my shaft. The problem was the pump I was using (

I think pumping is a great tool. You just need to do it properly. Use a pump until you outgrow it and it becomes painful or causes any discoloration. I own the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]

The expansion was less than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] but that is just physics - the closer you are sucked into the sides of the pump, the better the suction. There was a large learning curve for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words].
When I get back into pumping, I am going to buy several
cylinder sizes - some for pumping for length, some for girth, some large for base girth etc.

I know this is a lot of strange information to take in all at once. Take your time, study it. Read it over. Start light, gradually build up intensity. There are tons of threads and information about newbie exercises on the forums. Penis Enlargementgym forum has pictures for the exercises.
Once you plateau from proper manual stretching (with proper warm ups) then you move onto
hanging. This could last for 2 years,
hanging. But many men gain significant length from
hanging.
Looking for a magic potion to inject into your penis is stupid if you haven't maximized gains from manual exercises and
hanging. I could go on for an hour about how it is necessary to stretch the suspensory ligaments to full capacity in order to properly target the tunica for stretch, then start girth work (which include injections of PGE1 and possible other things in my protocol when I come to girth work - not for a long time, until
hanging length gains are maximized).
Just do this: Work length before girth.
Manual stretching first.
Hanging for ligament stretch after (
hanging at low angles -
BTC and SD)
Hanging for tunica stretch after (
hanging at high angles - OTS, SO, OTL etc)
Girth work - pumping, clamping, manual girth exercises, PGE1 injections with potentiators (ie. IGF 1, Viagra, ETC...) You gotta read up on this shit before you mess with it.
One more important thing - Kegeling during sex is what causes premature ejaculation. Kegeling = flexing your PC muscles. Your PC muscles = the muscles that stops the flow of urine when you are urinating. Stop flexing these muscles in sex and you will be able to better control your ejaculation.
