Today is my second week and I am doing the length exercise from the SRT. I feel pains on my dick because of hard sex last night. I cannot stress my dick and do the dld blasters so I decided to just wear the ace bandage all day. By tomorrow I will start my second week routine. Will this stop me from getting my 1inch in 3months time?

Thanks. Today is the beginning of my second week. From what DLD wrote about the second week, girth work is done in the morning including expressive stretching. I am doing only length exercise. Should I start my length exercise in the evening including the expressive stretching? Should I do expressive stretching in the morning and do the remaining exercise in the evening? I need suggestions please.
 
Sorry for the late update but I wanted to expand on the Masturbation sets, portion, of the update. There is a new exercise that I have come up with in these sets that I wanted to explain today and hopefully this will be a very respectable addition to SRT.

DLD SRT Jerk and Jelq Jamboree! (:) SRT Masturbation Super Sets.

1. With a full erection, using one hand grip very, very deep into the base of your penis, being sure that you go as far into the base as possible, collecting as much of the internal penis you can in one hand. From here I jelq it up to about 1" past my base, exposing as much of the internal structure as possible. Now I take my other hand and gripping my head I stretch my hand forward, always pressing the lower hand against the elongation of the top hand. This position, with intensity, I will hold for a 30-60 second hold and repeat 5 times.

2. Go directly into your Pump (Bathmate, Hydromax, Penomet) and do a quick 5 minute set of Hardcore Stretches.

3. 5 Minute Set of Straight Pumping at Full Intensity

4. 5 Minute Set of Slow Squash Jelqs

5. Repeat 3X or 1 hour.

6. Release your Orgasm

7. Start stretching session, this can be whatever your regular stretching is, for me, 30 minutes of Basic Stretching using DLD Blasters wherever I can is best.

8. Get into your SizeGenetics Extender for 1 hour

9. 5 Minutes Basic Stretching is all directions

10. REPenis EnlargementAT 8 and 9 as many times as you like.

11. For the Real Hardcore Guys, repeat steps 1-5 again in the early evening being sure to use a cock ring to hold the pump until bedtime.

Hope some guys will give this a go, is is only a slight variation with a new exercise that I think everyone will find VERY POWERFUL. Part 1 of this exercise, will bring length at so much faster rate then any erect stretching exercise and at the same time you are really getting some excellent expansion girth wise!

It seems the top hand does a straight outn erect stretch from just below the glans?
it seems the lower hand does an erect expressive stretch at the base?
Are both hands pulling in the same direction? Just the way you phrased one thing there makes me ask to clarify what I thought you mean.

Hey HG. I'd follow Dlds new post just above since its the perfect answer to your question. New expressive stretch+ erect stretch. Do as much of that in the AM as you can as your AM routine. Do you pm routine length as normal. The erect axoressive routine is really more length so it fits your needs. Expressives are about pulling base core inner root penis out from inside the body. Should be part of your routine, HG, so just do that in AM.

Did this new move best I could tonight. Gotta learn how to grip in a away that retains blood. Loosing erection the whole time, and its painful. New tricks to train my penis and hands it seems. Ill keep practicing and get used to this.
 
Are you sure about putting Hydrocortisone on your penis? I heard it permanently thins out your skin..

Thanks for the response DLD. Hmm.. I don't think I have ever heard of a .01% hydrocortisone, the only ones I can find are just 1%. Do you know where I can find .01%?

no problem. There is using the prescription strength but this over the counter version of 1 percent is perfectly safe
 
also remember that hydrocortisone cream is very good to use on your face after you shave it will help you prevent wrinkles dryness and keep your skin really healthy
 
There's also a mental part to this whole masturbation exercise. When you're reaching deep into your groin you want to really imagine that you're pulling the root of the penis out. Try to imagine an extra inch being pulled out as you're doing your stretches and the jelq. Switch hands to get an even better grip at the base. Really stretch with force as you are forcing more inner penis outward.

I sometimes will do this as an exclusive girth and length work for the night. Top it off with a 5x5x3 and everything is ON SWOLLEN!
