Yes it will not as strong but better than nothing. or if you want to try the ACE bandage wrap is also very good.

SRT is a written in a progressive post to include all evolutionary pathways, starting out at its most fundamental basics. Our guru @DLD does the updates in the SRT and 5x5x3 original posts with the updates, and the other brothers simply compile the info together.

You have to understand that even with an instruction manual, after the newbie steps, as each brother enters into the intermediate and advanced stages, their PE journeys branch off because of their own unique physiology. Everyone's penis is different because of many different factors, ranging from their body conditions, health statuses, psyche, emotions, environmental background, genetics, dietary approaches, and supplementary intakes, just to name a few. This is why each of the serious brothers created their own routine and progress log to monitor their journeys, while we provide insights based on their routines and changes.

i am starting the SRT routine focused only on length for now.
i am the type who prefers to focus on one thing at a time and build slowly, so girth work will come later.

any beginner advice for SRT is appreciated.

from what i understood, i've come up with this:

SRT LENGTH-ONLY ROUTINE​

Warm-Up — 5 min​

Hot towel or shower

1) Bundled Stretches - 2 rounds​

Timer: 30s per hold
Twist Right: Up Down Out, 10s rest
Twist Left: Up Down Out, 10s rest
Circles: 30 (~15 clockwise / ~15 counter)
Rule: Reverse kegel on every pull

2) Basic Stretches - 3 rounds​

Timer: 30s per hold
Down: Left Center Right, 10s rest
Out: Left Center Right, 10s rest
Up: Left Center Right, 10s rest
Circles: 30 (~15 clockwise / ~15 counter)
Rule: Reverse kegel on every pull

3) Expressive Stretches - 5 min​

Execution: “OK” grip at the base, deep at base, pull forward
Angles: Forward, slight micro-angles Up / Down / Left / Right
Holds: 30s hold pull, 10s rest, for 5 minutes
Rule: Reverse kegel on every pull

4) Erect Stretching — 3×/week​

Execution: ~70–90% erection
Hand Placement: Hand A, “OK” grip at the base. Hand B, “OK” grip behind the glans.
Angles: Straight forward, slight upward. NO downward angle, NO bending
Holds: 30s hold × 5 reps, 10s rest between reps
Rule: Reverse kegel on every pull


anything you recommend to add or change?

i also have a length master 3, but for now i will stick with manual stretching for a week or so, i want to get comfortable first.

also, i saw some BTC stretches. the thing is, i cannot really do them, at least not manually. either i am scared of pulling too hard or my penis is too short right now to get into that position.

also, the bundled stretches, should they be done before the basic stretches or after?
