I got the silisleeves, pump,n the handles of a LM lol i can use it as a power assist All i need to know now if I really want to get bigger n why,do I really want to invest time stretching n exercising...just don't know maybe is not that i want to but is more like i should get bigger..

Let me put a routine together for you that you can practice every day. With what you have I can put together a very good routine. Tell me how much time you have and I will hook you up

Thanks a ton Mike I'm thankful as usual would be great if you put a good routinefor me,In the meantime I'm going to finish my 2 weeks newbie routine.. Though I just don't know if I'm going to continue whit PE,in the given case i do i would like to have a good routine to follow..And if I get to finish that routine I'd be ready for a new routine...

Would you be able to put together a routine I can follow? It's been a while since I've done PE and I looking to get the most bang for my buck in at max 30 minutes a day. I'm thinking slow squash jelqs as opposed to normal ones,, but not sure about length.. I don't have all the srt supplies but I'm atleast looking to purchase the all day stretcher.
