My fears and anxiety have become too much to even consider something like this. Usually, once a year, I will admit myself to get my medications reevaluated but this year I am taking no Psyche meds but a low does of Serequel. If I increase the dose the Hypo-Mania will stay at bay but eventually, no matter what, it will be out full blast. I have a very rare form of Bi-polar disorder in the sense that I do not rapid cycle...my states of Depression, Hypo-Mania and Mania are all very long. Hypo-Mania will go from October till January, January through February the Mania takes over, March, just after my birthday and equinox I am back in a depressive state until the following October.
