It definitely leaves the penis in a deconstructed state. It is not the type of exercise that works well with EQ exercises because it is counteractive towards good erections. You are gaining by having your penis in a constant fatigued and torn state. The goal is always to get in your next session before there has been too much healing, so you're never going to be 100%. If you are, you're doing it wrong.
 
You should still be able to have sex, just won't be 100%. Try Viagra? I get great erections while hanging, but I'm not sure how durable they'd be. I didn't have great luck last time but that may have been mental. I think the least amount of using your penis is ideal with hanging. I'd never try to edge. I had great EQ. It had just been because I hadn't masturbated in a while and the last time I did was very quick as I was tired and wanted to sleep. If I spend a while on masturbating, my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] is much better.

My EQ is pretty good and I've been kegelling really well in the last few days.

Last night I bumped my sets up to 7. It felt good. I feel like my skin is sufficiently stretched though now. Just not sure what to do about weight. I did another 7 sets today and 2.5lbs. Still no fatigue. I can go up to 5lbs of find something that weights about 1lb and attach it to the 2.5lbs?

If 7 is the max you'll do in a day, start going up in weight. If you can handle 5lbs, go for it. If it's too much on the attachment point, just go up a pound each week.

Yeah I can't see me doing 8 sets very often man. That's over 2.5 hours of hanging per day.

I did 6 today in straight sets and didn't feel any fatigue whatsoever. So I'm definitely going to try and find something that weighs about 1lb tomorrow. I don't want to jump to 5lb from 2.5lbs. It's quite a big jump.
 
I found 8 to be perfect.. 3 morning, 5 at night.... But I don't have the time.. Some nights I have to do all my sets at night because I can't in the morning, so 8 in a row is time consuming. But if time weren't a factor, 8 is ideal. I had great success with 8 sets/day.

Did 6 sets today. It could have been 7, but we will say 6 for the benefit of the doubt. I was hoping to do some ballooning tonight but I'm going for an early night. This cold has me feeling like a train wreck. I shall hopefully get more done tomorrow providing I feel a little better.

You need to try to get in at least 1 set on those days where you can't hang so your ligs don't heal up and defeat the purpose of hanging.

I failed. Haha, I feel kinda bad but yeah, I didn't do any hanging. I'll jump right back on it tomorrow and start where I left off. I ordered DMSO + Powdered Paba + Aloe Vera tonight so they should come this week.

I don't feel like I've lost anything. I've maintained the skinny base and the stretch and the vascularity etc. We shall see tomorrow though!
 
Don't feel so bad, I didn't hang a set last night. Slept immediately after work. Be careful of BTC hanging - I am noticing it's destroying my back. I am seriously thinking of switching to an angle that isn't so harmful to my spine.

I think not missing a hanging set until you reach your goals only exists in Utopia. We're all going to miss sets. It's part of the parcel.

I've not done any BTC hanging yet. I thought you just sort of, sat at an angle for it? Couldn't you just lay down on your bed, with your lets/feet on a chair and let the weight hang down between the seat and the bed?
