Mike, the training wheels of Cialis have done wonders for getting me back in the saddle after a several years long dry spell. Just saying! I've had a lot of mental anxiety about getting back in the game and it's been a great relief not to have to play head games with myself about it.

Last night I did 5 sets of hanging. Just wanted to note that down so I can keep track of it all. Today will most likely be six sets, two sets of three.

Also, I have a few hairs growing right up to my circumcision scar in the frenulum area. Never had hair grow their before. It's only light, but you know what they say about hair on the shaft!

What did I notice when doing a standard stretch?

SKINNY BASE!

I don't know how, as I haven't targeted inner penis in ages, and with all my downward hanging surely my base girth should be getting thicker? Nevertheless, my base girth has gone into what I call 'gaining mode'. DLD remember when I had this before?! (You probably don't as there's so many penises on here) For the rest of you, I had this before when I was experimenting DLD's Total Package Routine way back when (I think it was early 2011?). It's the routine that is now the '1 Inch In 12 Weeks' routine. I gained 0.2 BPenis EnlargementL in a month by doing it if I recall correctly, and this was a big thing that happened. My inner penis came out. Pure inner penis that hadn't been clamped or ULI's or anything. It was much thinner than the rest of my shaft.

Also today my base was a bit like Chris Strokes, with the skin bits on either side? Obviously not as extreme as he could keep his wallet in the skin pockets his creates, but it was vaguely similar. That's new too.

I like hanging. A lot :)

I would even get that from lots of manuals. It makes sense that the inner penis is going to be thinner than the outer penis. It never gets worked and it's under the skin so it can't be too huge.
 
I got this too. I just assumed it was the effect of girth growing the mid shaft. I do all downward extending which is supposed to have that same effect on base girth I thought. But it's like a baseball bat, haha

Yeah I know, and then you make it girthier with heavy downward stretching/hanging and it gets all evened out an makes you look longer and it's epic.

Just keep it up, it evens out. You add girth to it with the downward stretches and girth exercises.

Did 2 hanging sets so far today. I'm gonna do a bit of work and then do 3 more.

...And ch-yeah, my base is still skinny.

That is really the best advice! Downward, heavy stretching sessions, long, heavy, downward Extending or even hanging with heavy weight will bring base girth very quickly as it pulls on the root of the penis. The penis that becomes thicker at the base is gained through the expression of inner penis.

You should stop worrying about things like that on a daily basis. I measure like once a month. You're not going to notice a change day to day or even week to week. Go 3 months without checking your size but stay on a solid hanging routine and see what happens.

And what DLD said about heavy weight hanging for base girth, make sure you only do that if you're done gaining length. Otherwise you've just upped your tolerance a large amount for some base girth, which can be easily gained in a couple months by pumping after you've reached your desired length

Sorry my girl was up this weekend. Still did some hanging but I missed a day.

Yeah, I won't be doing any heavy hanging for base girth. Don't you worry about it :)

I think if you kept doing downward stretches you would get an even pole.
 
A good 6 sets tonight. I stretched my penis as I usually do and it looks really... fibrous. It's like I can see bits and bobs around the base. Like my penis just got really shredded.

Just got off a 5 hour shift so I'm off to bed but the plan is to wake up and get some sets in before class. 6 sets have to be spaced out. I did them all in one guy today and it was a bit uncomfy.
