So far today I've done 2 sets in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. I got to 185 which isn't bad considering I haven't done any pumping for ages. I can't remember the last time I did any girth work, it feels great to have a temp girth that's nearer what my normal girth was when I was doing girth work daily. Length only doesn't work for me and I need to get back on the girth.

I got awful blood spots though. I could feel them sticking out on the surface of my shaft like a speed bump. However, I do quite like them. I gave them a welcomed return.

Off out now and then back for some more [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] sets. Not sure when I'll start hanging, I need to find a rope/cord to hang the weights off the BIB hanger.
 
I was reading the first paragraph and I knew before I read the second you were going to say you got some spotting:) I must have ESP :) Good massage, lots of heat and you will be good.

Did 6 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] today, as well as a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session which is pretty good going for a first full day back. I feel much looser after using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] yesterday and today. This morning it was a real stretch but the last set was so easy to strap into.

I'll get the weights out tomorrow and try and find a rope so I can start hanging this week.

Tomorrow I should start hanging. It'll be so risky though now I'm back home at my families and in the spare room, as this room is just a bed. If I sit on the edge of the bed and someone comes in I'll be about a foot away from them with a weight plate hanging off my John Thomas. My dad told me this story of this Pakistani guy he knew in Bermuda. He had legally changed his name to "John Thomas" because he lived in England for years and everyone called him John Thomas. I was going to do a girth workout but then I noticed I don't have any lube or anything I can use for a girth workout here. My girth workouts will have to just be in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words]. That's not too much of a problem. I'm gonna go to bed now as it's nearly 2am and I'm jetlagged so I've been sleeping in until late. I need to try and get in line with this time zone again so I'll have more hours to exercise.

I had a really busy family weekend so I didn't have any time for penis enlargement. My summer job starts tomorrow which will be nice as it'll give me routine. It's always easier to keep up with your routines, in terms of penis enlargement, when the rest of your life has a strict routine. Since I've been back I've not had any routine or structure to my days which makes it all the more difficult to keep up with my exercise.

Today I'm gonna try and get a good full day in of extending.

This is a perfect routine. Hard to stick to, but it's a perfect routine. Day 1 is repeated 3 times in a week. Day 2 is repeated twice. Obviously these routines are for when I'm not working so it'll change on a weekly basis. Usually when I do work, it's from 7-11. Which is why I have pushed the core of my routine earlier in the day, so even when I do work, I'll only really miss out on a girth workout on Day 1 and a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] set and a girth workout on Day 2., which I could do after the gym on Day 2.

If I stuck to it, the totals would rack up like this:

Day 1.
4.5 hours in the library
6 hours in the GripSystem
4 sets/2 hours hanging
2 sets/2 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]
1 girth session

You have to keep routine. If the rest of your life isn't in routine, then you'll find it hard to follow a penis enlargement routine. It really is as simple as that.

If I can stick to this routine, I'm confident I can see 8 inches by Christmas. (But then again I've said that so many times haha!)
 
Had a good day today. Got in 5 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] which is pretty good I think. Going to up the bars tomorrow I think. It'll just be a small addition though. Still, it's something!

Absolutely! It's fantastic!

I just need a couple of pump sleeves, or that [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] sleeve thing I saw which can be used in pumping too, and the Grip System and I'll be well away. It'll be a revamp of my penis enlargement life!
