The hanger arrived.

Out of all the P.E. equipment I've owned, this looks the most intimidating. It looks like it really doesn't give two fucks about me.

Haven't cut the Theraband or tried it on. It took me about 15 minutes to open it, that cross-bolt thing was so confusing until I saw Jazz and his wrapping video. I shall give it a whirl on Monday once I have my weights!

Yeah, it looks ridiculous. Just read post 191-199 of on my thread, practice wrapping and attaching, and I will make you a video tomorrow.

Did you get the theraband with it? That is what I use as outer wrap. 15"x2" of theraband and 8"-10"x2" of t-shirt material for under wrap. Both held with a piece of scotch tape.

I wrap them both snug, right above my circumcision scar (towards my base, not my head). About 1.25"-1.5" down from the glans.

Then I tighten a bit, squeeze the blood out of my head, pulse push past my "bad spot", which feels like a lump and hurts like fuck when I try to attach to it, once it pops past that bad spot, I tighten until discomfort.

Yeah I got my Theraband, tshirt, and four 2.5lbs weights. I didn't managed to get rope at Walmart as I was in a hurry and the woman couldn't direct me in the right direction to rope in time.

I will get scissors for cutting the theraband and tshirt and scotch tape tomorrow. Fingers crossed I can get some rope too.

I also got a Ring of Power thanks to Supra. I'm sure I've put it together right, so I'll start wearing that tomorrow!

Got all my bits for hanging.

I looked everywhere for rope but nowhere around here really sells rope. There's no hardware stores etc on campus... so I bought a dog leash. I got to the till and it was 15 dollars. I don't really like dogs and I like them even less now. It was the only thing around though so I didn't really have much of a choice. It's sturdy and strong though and I can wrap it around to shorten it so I can hang while sitting on a chair etc.

I'm really looking forward to starting tonight.

Been wearing the ROP all day. Had a good flaccid hang. (I'm not saying it's working and has given me instant good flaccid hang, I just have a good flaccid hang today. It may be from the ROP, it may not be).

I am currently hanging!

I watched the wrap video on here by Jaz, and used that to base my wrap off. It's quite hard to wrap snugly with the Theraband I think though. I do feel like teeth at the top are pinching too. Slight pain in that area. Not anything substantial, just little almost like electric pulses. It sort of make me wants to urinate?

I'll take it off after ten minutes to check and re wrap. It feels good though. I didn't think 2.5lbs would feel like anything but I'm definitely getting a little stretch.

Apologies for how big the picture is, but it's probably best in terms of any advice as to where I'm going wrong. Note, I'm not hanging in the picture.
 
That looks really good. It may be a tad too high up, but looks very good. You should get an account at Bib's forums and ask him to help you out. He'll let you email him pictures of you hanging and wrapping and tell you what looks good and what you need to do to improve. But that looks pretty good.

Try putting your shaft down further in the shaft well to avoid pinching from the top teeth. If you go too far down, the rear teeth will pinch on the base of the shaft.

Make sure you don't get any pressure build up in your glans while you're hanging a weight - that may happen since you're attaching kinda far back. That can cause problems like numbness and pain in the head.

The theraband looks a little loose. I wrap quite snug.

That picture you attached looks very, very similar to how mine is when hanging. I have a little excess skin poking out and our heads look to have a similar amount of blood in them. I'm glad you think it looks decent though. I have created an account at BIB but it's still gotta be activated. As soon as it's activated I'll start posting there too.

On my third set now. Don't feel any fatigue but I feel really nice and loose.
 
Just finished my third set of hanging. It felt good, definitely didn't feel any fatigue but I still felt a decent stretch.

I have heard you should jelq after hanging so, I'm off to jelq now, but I'm very happy with my purchase in the BiB hanger. I really think it'll be successful.

On a side note, when taking off the ROP I had some green skin. It came off in the shower though.
 
Jelq flaccid. It puts you in that great state for the next time you had... a long, loose, non puffy flaccid. If you can, try doing split sets ie. some sets in the morning, some at night. While you're starting though, just do all 3 at once. Once you work your way up to 5 lbs and 6 sets/day, try doing it maybe 2 and 4 or something liek that, if you can.

Haha, I started out flaccid but I always get hard from jelqing.

That was what I was gonna ask you. I'm just gonna carry on with the three sets of 20 mins with 10 mins break in between, but would the next step be to increase amount of sets or amount of weight?

Bib gives you an email when you order the hanger and it outlines the method how to do it. It says to keep adding 1 set each week, until you reach your maximum amount of sets/day you are able to do, then start adding up to 15% of the weight each week.

There's something to this ring of power. My balls are hanging really loose and normally my testicles are quite soft and squishy and I really don't have very big balls at all, but they are much bigger and much firmer after wearing this thing all day. Quite interesting. Feel like I should wank off tonight to see what my cumshot is like.

I did it the way the email describes minus 2. In other words, I started at 2.5 lbs and only went up a half lb each week until I hit 6.5lbs, then I went up to 7.5lbs. I found that more sets is much > heavier weight. For awhile, I was hanging 8 sets/day. I found this to be amazing for my penis. I never really reached fatigue in the first two sets, but I still gained. So I believe that means I have so much more potential gains to go.

I suggest just taking it slow. You will maximize your gains and at the same time figure out all the tricks of wrapping, attaching and angling your body for the best stretch. Then by the time you hit 10lbs, you will be as efficient as possible.

Just think of it as something you need to do daily for penile health, and that in a year or so you will have significant gains if you keep at it properly and don't rush things. Bib recommends cementing for a year, so it's not a quick process. It's just a logical process, that's why people probably confuse it with a quick Penis Enlargement fix.

What I want to stress is to avoid people (like male hanger) who suggest a less sets, more weight approach. This is just plain retarded. The goal isn't strong ligs; it's long ligs. You have to put in your time, and adding more weight to counteract the less amount of sets is just retarded. Stretching human tissue is an equation where a large time value is more important than the weight value. That is why I gained from low weight, without hitting proper fatigue - by doing 8 sets/day.

So don't listen to people who use the "progressive" hanging approach or whatever rubbish term they use - telling you to push the weight up quickly so you can get to 10lbs fast and "start gaining". Seems to me my cock is 0.25" NBPenis EnlargementL larger and I haven't exceeded 7.5lbs in 3 months of hanging.

You want to milk your gains at low weight while you can. Healing your ligs is the opposite of what you want, and healing them to be used to high stress levels is bad. Even if you "decondition" (a stupid term) for a year, if you were hanging heavy weights prior to taking time off, you are still going to have pretty strong ligs once you start hanging again and according to Bib, it will be unlikely that you will gain anything from weight below the amount you left off at.
