Back home now in the UK. Haven't done much P.E. at all as of finals week and travelling around etc, but it's nice to be home. I finished the semester with a 3.7 which I can't really complain about, so I'm happy with how the past few months went and am ready to kick back, watch FOOTBALL, eat a lot of food, see old friends and get some nice P.E. done.

Been really busy seeing family and friends I haven't seen in months. Glad your back in America Med. Man that insanity workout program is no joke dude, shit is really hard, but it is well worth it man. If you do that workout with as much dedication as your pe then you will definitely get were you wanna be. I believe in you man and good luck.
