I will go to the gym for resistance training 4 days a week. On Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, I'll just go for cardio. As for P.E. it will differ each day. Some days I'm really busy, other days I'm less busy. So, I'll do a pilot test starting tomorrow until next Tuesday, then I can alter my goals accordingly. I'll throw in the odd girth routine and obviously weekends would give me more time to stretch.
