Today I've done the biggest mash up ever. It was a P.E. medley! Let me list my stretches I did today. Heavy bundled downward stretches, bundled BTCs, footlongs, A-Stretches, Mandingos, Mandingo-V stretches, V-Stretches, rotary cranks, tunica tug of wars, stretching in all directions, raised leg BTCs and I'm sure there were more I couldn't remember. I did every single stretch I've ever done. I did lots of 5 minute/10 minute blocks and no two were the same.
