It looks like i'm back to P.E. I got a job with plenty of time off to let me join a gym and now i can get right back into P.E.

Tomorrow morning i'm going to kick start this off with the aforementioned routine. 8 inches is mine now and there's no escaping. Plus it looks like i'll keep this job for the remainder of the year so i can just work, go to the gym and tug on my penis.

Just back from the gym after a great bicep/tricep work out. I think there's 44 days to go til i leave so now is definitely the right time to start getting very serious with my P.E. again as i have a lot of time to smash out some great routines and just gain.

Once September comes i'll reassess and make some new goals. I'm not sure i'll make 8 inches in length come September but i think i should be over 7.5 which is fine by me. As long as im 8 inches + by the end of the year i'm very happy.

Alright, time for a bit of honesty now. I have to be honest to myself. I just measured my piece. It was probably 80-90% erect and it was around 7.2 BPenis EnlargementL. I had a feeling it was about this size and i just needed to realize it.

Next August i wanna be;

185+ lbs
12% bodyfat or less
8x6 inches or more.

That's where i wanna be. I think if i get to that, i can be very happy with myself. I'm about 160 but i'm cutting right now to try and shed as much fat as possible before i clean bulk. I'll probably start bulking at the start of October, and ill start cutting again in June. So that gives me 8 months to gain 25lbs. I think the weight gain will be the hardest bit out of my 3 goals. Gaining 25 lbs of clean, lean muscle will take a while. I'm confident i can do it though. If i gain a clean pound a week, It'll take 6.25 months but obviously it wont be that clear cut, but the 8 month window gives me time.

2 months to cut should be plenty to lower my bodyfat and then P.E. will be all year round and a year to gain 0.8 of an inch in length is pretty easy with dedication. I showed myself before, i can gain 0.2 inches in a month, but it takes so much time and effort.
 
I think i'm gonna switch up my manual work to 3 sets of 10 minutes where each time i focus on just one stretch. So 10 minutes of BTC, 10 minutes of downward stretching and 10 minutes of Mandingo-V stretches which i haven't done recently.
 
Okay so i was just BathMating, and i had a great session, but i thought about how i've really lost the basics of P.E. My manual game is awful and my kegels are non-existant.

This week i have quite a lot of time on my hands so i'm going to really focus on kegels and manual work. I think i can easily do 30 minutes manual work and 1000 kegels each day. Before i was pumping 200. I'm going to test what happens after 5 days of intense manual and kegels.
