I've kind slacked off on the manuals in the past two days but today I'm gonna hit an hour plus just to keep me on track of hitting more than 1600 minutes. Haha, okay. Yesterday I did insane work in the first half of the day, and then I did this impromptu photoshoot which took up most of the day. I'll attach a picture of my flaccid which I quite liked. Although I wish it was on the other side as I have meaner veins on the other side.

Hey, so the 14th and 15th were kinda easy days consisting of 2 hours in the SizeGen, 30 minutes of stretching, kegels and a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session, and one had a girth session in. Today consisted of 1000+ kegels, a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session, an hour of manual stretches and 3 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], so it's been a good day today. I'll be on here daily from now on again.

Not a great day yesterday, but I had a fantastic day the day before. Today will be quiet as I'm out all day, and possibly all night. Tomorrow needs to be a huge day.

That's true. I'm trying to have a nice day today. I was speaking to my friend, whom I saw yesterday, about sex over lunch and he said how he has a really thick girth. (He knows about P.E. but he calls them 'stretches'. It was just much easier to tell him about the stretches and not the girth aspect of P.E.). So anyway, he got a pot of mustard off the table and said his girth is 'a bit bigger than that'. This mustard pot mist have had a girth of about 6.25 inches, and then he said "last time I measured his girth he was 7.7 inches, so it's not too long but I'm fine with it". I just laughed to myself at that, as being surrounded by penis sizes on here, it just seemed funny how he played it off as not very big. Something I found interesting about it however, was that I remember how he showed me a picture of his brother as a baby and for a baby, his penis was quite big. He told me another story years ago when he pulled him brothers trousers down as a joke and his underwear came down too, and he said his brother was huge then, and he told me that years go.

So I guess that kind of shows how penis size probably does run in the family.

I also read the write up of the guy who measured DLD again today. I love that write up. Hugely motivational.
 
Id have tough time hearing a buddy tell me he is 6.5 eg. But kudos if he really is. I know i want to be that big haha.

Didn't do a huge amount yesterday. Just one hour in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], 40 minutes of manuals, a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions, 250 jelqs and some kegels.

I think I'm about to grow though. I'm turtling which usually is a big sign for me that I'm about to grow. I've seen veins get a little more predominant too and theres a few other bits that I haven't noticed before. It's not a flaccid turtling, my flaccid is actually hanging quite nicely, its my erection. I had it years ago for the first time and I think Max told me it's a sign of growing and it was true. I'm having a great day today, I'm very nearly done with the challenge now though. After this I will do as much as I can in August, but I doubt it will be much as of my girl being here etc. I'll think about my new goals and dates in August and I'll let you know when I start them. It will probably be about September 10th to just before Thanksgiving in early November. Then it will be probably just after the Thanksgiving break to just before Christmas as I'm coming home for Christmas. When I'm here I will just be BathMating every day and doing some stretches as again, I'll be [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]-less in America. Unless I get a job, which I am hoping for. Oh and, I added the smallest bar to my SizeGen yesterday night. In 3 hours I've had no slippage and it's comfortable. Not bad at all. I'm now 7.75 in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] which is good. I started the summer with One long bar, the medium bar and the small bar, which I think is 7 inches. So I have added 3/4 of an inch to that in 2 months.

50 minutes all at once or broken up into 2 sets?
You can do all that easily man.
I do 2x25 min manual stretch
6-8 hours extending
120 kegels and 400-500 jelqs
building my way up to 1000 jelqs and not more kegels but more time holding the kegel

BTW judging by your picture, it looks like you stole my flaccid penis
 
It depends. I don't do it all at once, but I do it sometimes in two sets, sometimes up to 5 sets. It's the extending that I find hard to get in right now as I'm pretty busy getting things sorted before I go back to America. Once I'm there it should all be much easier. I'll try holding the kegels for longer. Thanks Mike!

Yesterday I didn't do a huge amount at all. Seeing as my girl's coming on the first and I'm going to be busy with her until I fly back to the states, a lot of my friends are wanting to do things before I go and I have a lot to do before she comes. I'm going to soldier on and do as best I can. I think I've had a good 48 days and I'm sure there will be some kind of gains. My planning was slightly wrong on my aims, as I didn't really consider how busy I would be towards the end of my time back home. However, it was just a pilot test, and I am happy with how it's gone. There has been a myriad of positives to take from this style of routine plan, and I will be using it again in September. University will be much easier to plan as I am very much in control of everything there, so hopefully I can complete all my goals next time.

I'm looking forward to measuring in a few days time. I'm really hoping for a good erection and 7.5 in length. That will really spur me on for my September-November 'season'. I will be without the though, unless I do get a job. I am definitely looking to get a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] though as length is, and always will be, my main concern. I'm not too fussed with girth as I know I'll get over 6 just trying to achieve my goal of 8.5.

Rather than stray away and not return for months, I'm promising myself that by September 10th, I will on my new routine, with new goals, and I will visiting here daily. I cannot afford to stop start. I WILL see this out until my goals have been reached. I've really dragged out my 4 years here, and I think with a really solid year, I could well do it. P.E. is most definitely a marathon, but I feel once I pick it up again in September, that will be the home straight.

Today has started very brightly. I'm really going to destroy P.E. and the gym this semester.

I woke up at 5.50am and was at the gym by 6am. I didn't bother lifting weights as, up until today, my nutrition has been a bit off kilter. I just ran 2 miles and cycled 2 miles, which isn't a huge amount of exercise at all, but I haven't exercised all summer and wasn't in the mood to really push myself this morning. However, straight after I had a big plate of fruit, a tomato and spinach omlette, a big glass of milk and a little turkey bacon. So that was a really good start and I can already feel my metabolism has upped a few gears from the exercise. On the P.E. front, I've just done 20 minutes of stretching and an hour of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] which is also promising.

I'm aiming to do 3 pure cardio sessions a week, and 4 weight lifting sessions on the other days. I'm really motivated to keep on top of that, and to keep on top of my P.E. too. I'm going to do a few days of P.E. to see what is manageable and what isn't before I plan my next short term goal. I'm so excited for these next few months!

That sounds awesome! I can see your motivation and excitement and it is contagious.
 
Today has been less successful. I expected this in the first few days though as I've got friends wanting to catch up and have breakfast, lunch or dinner and to see their new dorm etc, so it's a little hard to P.E. right now but it'll calm down by next week for sure.
 
It seems to be this way for any one involved with school at all. It is always like this, every single September.

I will go to the gym for resistance training 4 days a week. On Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, I'll just go for cardio. As for P.E. it will differ each day. Some days I'm really busy, other days I'm less busy. So, I'll do a pilot test starting tomorrow until next Tuesday, then I can alter my goals accordingly. I think an hours stretching and 4 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will be the most I can get done on week days. I'll throw in the odd girth routine and obviously weekends would give me more time to stretch.

I'm really tempted to add edging in too. I really want to learn to control my PC muscle and learn to control myself during sex this semester. I'd love to be able to last as long as I want, and to cum whenever I'd like. That would be pretty cool. It's a long road until Christmas, but I'm expecting big things.
 
Looks like a great workout. Why not do your edging right after girth work since you are in the erect state? You can get by edging for the amount of time you want your sex time to last. This helps give it some direction.

Today just didn't happen. Something came up last night and I was awake way longer than planned and I was up late and it just had a huge knock on effect. I didn't wanna start on a half day!

I just thought I'd post an experience I had this morning. Today I went to the gym. I hadn't lifted weights properly in long time. Probably not far off a year. Back then, I could curl 20kg (45lb) in each arm. Today, I realised I was so far from where I was. I was bench pressing 75lbs and I was exhausted after about 3 reps. My endurance is gone, and my triceps are virtually non-existant anymore. So, I am starting right from the beginning. I'm really hoping muscle memory kicks in soon, but if not, hey, I know where I am now. I'm going to work really hard to get what I want, and this time I won't stop.

Same goes for P.E. I keep doing all this stop-start shit. Fair enough, I couldn't really help last month as I was with the missus for a month on holiday, but missing out on P.E. will NOT happen again. I will stop when I see 8.5 inches on that ruler, and at least 6 inches on that tape measure.

Today is the beginning of something very special.

Slowly getting back into P.E. now. It's been a slow start as I got sore from stretching for an hour two days ago, and when I tried the SizeGen with the bars at 7.75 inches, I slipped a few times, so yesterday I focussed on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and I'm back to where I was in that sense.

I've done an hour so far today. I think I should be able to get an hour of stretching, 4 hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work and a girth workout today. Easily.

On another note, I'm contemplating buying some leech oil, but I just think I'm looking for something to take my mind of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. I really can't wait for that!

As promised, tomorrow is the start.

Okay, the tricky bit here is that I randomly get my friend wanting to chill in the evenings. He lives 2 floors above me so he can just knock whenever. It's so unpredictable that I need to take 2 nights of P.E. and just expect that I won't do much at all in them, as he will probably wanna chill for 2 of those nights.

My days where I can get a full P.E. set in, is on a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. These are the days which I will be able to do 4 hours [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work and an hour stretching, 500 kegels and possibly a girth workout at the very least. So my plan is this...

Minutes of manual stretching: 0/1440
Hours of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]: 0/88
Days where 500+ kegels were completed: 0/28
Girth workouts: 0/15

I'll do it for 28 days just to test. It should be fine though. Once the 28 days are finished, I'll assess and tweak and then the next goal will be just before Thanksgiving.
