Could it be genetic that my corpus cavernosum is quite thick at my base but tapers off very quickly and by midway up my shaft there's no sign of it at all?

I used to do a fair bit of clamping and since I've been hanging my base girth has increased and the cavernosum seems bigger, but still nothing in the top half of my penis.

That last set was my 46th set in the hanger in 12 days. So averaging about 3.8 sets a day.

Just went for another go using this way. My glans is so sore from the first time I did it, I shall not be trying again. If the skin on your base is too tight it will take some of the force from your ligs and put it to the skin. Bib recommends dedicated skin stretch if this happens. I did 9 days. Although, the skin will stretch from normal hanging, it just will take longer. If you're in it for the long haul, you may as well just keep hanging normally. It will prevent you from having to lose your attachment point conditioning and lose your momentum. Just be aware that the tight skin is taking away from the force on your ligs. I use a heating pad on my pelvis during sets to keep the skin warm and pliable.

That is really the best advice! Downward, heavy stretching sessions, long, heavy, downward Extending or even hanging with heavy weight will bring base girth very quickly as it pulls on the root of the penis. The penis that becomes thicker at the base is gained through the expression of inner penis.

And what DLD said about heavy weight hanging for base girth, make sure you only do that if you're done gaining length. Otherwise you've just upped your tolerance a large amount for some base girth, which can be easily gained in a couple months by pumping after you've reached your desired length

A good 6 sets tonight. I stretched my penis as I usually do and it looks really... fibrous. It's like I can see bits and bobs around the base. Like my penis just got really shredded.

Just got off a 5 hour shift so I'm off to bed but the plan is to wake up and get some sets in before class. 6 sets have to be spaced out. I did them all in one guy today and it was a bit uncomfy.

I feel like my skin is sufficiently stretched though now. Just not sure what to do about weight. I did another 7 sets today and 2.5lbs. Still no fatigue. I can go up to 5lbs of find something that weights about 1lb and attach it to the 2.5lbs?

If 7 is the max you'll do in a day, start going up in weight. If you can handle 5lbs, go for it. If it's too much on the attachment point, just go up a pound each week.
