I am currently hanging!

I watched the wrap video on here by Jaz, and used that to base my wrap off. It's quite hard to wrap snugly with the Theraband I think though. I do feel like teeth at the top are pinching too. Slight pain in that area. Not anything substantial, just little almost like electric pulses. It sort of make me wants to urinate?

I'll take it off after ten minutes to check and re wrap. It feels good though. I didn't think 2.5lbs would feel like anything but I'm definitely getting a little stretch.

Apologies for how big the picture is, but it's probably best in terms of any advice as to where I'm going wrong. Note, I'm not hanging in the picture.
 
That looks really good. It may be a tad too high up, but looks very good. You should get an account at Bib's forums and ask him to help you out. He'll let you email him pictures of you hanging and wrapping and tell you what looks good and what you need to do to improve. But that looks pretty good.

Try putting your shaft down further in the shaft well to avoid pinching from the top teeth. If you go too far down, the rear teeth will pinch on the base of the shaft.

Make sure you don't get any pressure build up in your glans while you're hanging a weight - that may happen since you're attaching kinda far back. That can cause problems like numbness and pain in the head.

The theraband looks a little loose. I wrap quite snug.

That picture you attached looks very, very similar to how mine is when hanging. I have a little excess skin poking out and our heads look to have a similar amount of blood in them. I'm glad you think it looks decent though. I have created an account at BIB but it's still gotta be activated. As soon as it's activated I'll start posting there too.

On my third set now. Don't feel any fatigue but I feel really nice and loose.
 
Just finished my third set of hanging. It felt good, definitely didn't feel any fatigue but I still felt a decent stretch.

I have heard you should jelq after hanging so, I'm off to jelq now, but I'm very happy with my purchase in the BiB hanger. I really think it'll be successful.

On a side note, when taking off the ROP I had some green skin. It came off in the shower though.
 
Jelq flaccid. It puts you in that great state for the next time you had... a long, loose, non puffy flaccid. If you can, try doing split sets ie. some sets in the morning, some at night. While you're starting though, just do all 3 at once. Once you work your way up to 5 lbs and 6 sets/day, try doing it maybe 2 and 4 or something liek that, if you can.

Haha, I started out flaccid but I always get hard from jelqing.

That was what I was gonna ask you. I'm just gonna carry on with the three sets of 20 mins with 10 mins break in between, but would the next step be to increase amount of sets or amount of weight?

Bib gives you an email when you order the hanger and it outlines the method how to do it. It says to keep adding 1 set each week, until you reach your maximum amount of sets/day you are able to do, then start adding up to 15% of the weight each week.

There's something to this ring of power. My balls are hanging really loose and normally my testicles are quite soft and squishy and I really don't have very big balls at all, but they are much bigger and much firmer after wearing this thing all day. I did it the way the email describes minus 2. In other words, I started at 2.5 lbs and only went up a half lb each week until I hit 6.5lbs, then I went up to 7.5lbs. Yeah that's what I was thinking. I saw you talking about 8 sets a day and I would definitely be looking to up it to that. I'll probably up the amount of sets by one each week. 0.25" gain in 3 months is fantastic. An inch by this time next year would be fantastic!

Yeah, I'm well aware that hanging is not just for Christmas. :) What's good is that when I go home I just have to take the hanger and that's it as I have a plethora of little weights back home. So really I shouldn't ever be in a position where I HAVE to take time off. Have you ever taken time off?

Just start at 2.5-3 lbs and go up by a half pound each week, after you've reached your max sets/week. If your attachment is good, you can try starting at 3.5lbs or 4lbs. I started at 2.5lbs because I was attaching poorly, on a bad spot, and it hurt like fuck to hang anything above 2.5lbs. Then I realized I was attaching on a bad spot, so I adjusted and was able to move up in weight without pain, eventually to 5lbs.

I've missed one day since I started hanging and I felt like an asshole because of it. I was just too tired to bother with it and went to bed, but I regret it. It was on Sunday and I am still making up for it. I would not miss any days, as you will set yourself back a great deal. Your ligs will heal up and it will take you a few days to get back to where you were. You may even lose gains. If you have a day where you are strapped for time, try to hang 1-2 sets. 2 is ideal if you can squeeze it in.

As far as you question on "half-sticking" goes, it is fucking annoying. It makes me lose my hard-on in missionary position because it does not feel good not being able to go balls deep. I'll have to try and find some half pound weights then as I only have 2.5lbs and increments of 2.5lbs, up to 10lbs. I had a really good stretch today, and I'm really in no rush to get to 5lbs. I wanna take it nice and slow.

No 3 isn't enough. I feel even 6 isn't enough for the gains I wanted, whcih are the same gains you want (7" to 9"). Everything else is bullshit compared to hanging real sets (make sure you are hanging 20 min sets). I only extend when I am at work and can't hang anyways.

3 in the morning, 5 at night was my favourite combination. 8 in a row worked well too but started to get sore during the last few sets, which I guess is a good thing. You get in 8 sets, you won't twiddling anything except a longer penis. Remember, you have to work your way up to 8 sets.

Bump up to 4 sets/day tomorrow. Then go to 5 sets/day early next week. Just to get you up to speed. You won't be missing out on any gains by doing this, you are only hanging 2.5lbs and bumping up sets quicker than normally is not such a bad thing, as opposed to bumping up weight quicker than normal.

Just watch you don't get any bad attachment point soreness. If you do, try to do split sessions. But you should be fine. I believe I started at 4 sets/day, 2.5lbs.

Perfect. 4 sets tonight it is.

When I finish a set and lift the weight up to unattach it, and my penis goes back to less of an extended state, my base is sore for about 5 seconds, and then its all good. I know that's a good sign as I've had that loads with other P.E. So I think I'm attaching right and I'm getting into the rhytHydromax of it now. I'll see what happens when I up it to 4 sets tonight though!

Also, since I've been wearing the ROP, my cumshot hasn't increased in terms of volume, but it is a lot whiter now. It used to be more of a creamy colour, sometimes a bit yellowish, but now it's pearly white. My diet etc hasn't changed so it must be the ROP, nothing else has changed in my day to day life aside from that.

Absolutely loving hanging. I've done a lot of different exercises and what not since I started in 2008, but hanging may well be the one for me. 2.5lb is really light but I'm feeling some real deep burning in my ligs, something I haven't felt in a long, long time. Makes me feel like a young newbie again! If anyone is teetering on whether or not to purchase a hanger, do it. Wish I bought one years ago.

I'm expecting some base girth with all this downwards hanging. Can't see how hanging won't build up a really thick base girl. Hopefully it stays within proportion!

A lot of times when I lost length I could have easily stopped but I was motivated to go for it again by the members on here and I'm so glad I have kept coming back!

I didn't log in what I did last night as I was busy doing chemistry work until late. I got 2 sets in of hanging, it was the most I could do as the work I was doing required me moving around to check different notes that were scattered all over the place. Also, on the testicle front, my balls have shrunk down to their normal size since I stopped wearing the ROP but they seem a similar firmness. I'm nearly .5 in the lead now:) I'm right between 8.25 and 8.5 BPFSL right now. That's AFTER stretching, mind you. It's yet to translate into BPenis EnlargementL yet but I feel that when I get to 8.5 it will jump. Hard to know. The first half inch came super easy it seems though that's probably just me remembering badly.

You've done really well to increase that by almost 0.75 in almost 4 months, mate. Terrific work!
 
You know, after reading that post ^ I did a quick BPFSL in between hanging sets and I almost went crazy.

The ruler slipped and I didn't realise, as I was so close on focussing on the numbers, and the ruler read 8.4. I had the biggest grin and then remeasured and it was actually not 8.4. The ruler was further up my pelvis on the first measure. giving it more length. However, it was 8.125, which is an increase from last week, which was about dead on 8. Hanger gains already? Who knows :)

Dude, I'm still doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] combined with DLD Blasters for the most part. I don't have a ton of time to fit in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] over 1.5 hours a day. I did an hour tonight and the full [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I'm getting better leverage from standing but I'm really wondering if maybe I badly needed those three heal days. I mean, I had sex four times on Friday and Saturday so it's not like I was dormant at all. I have to wonder if integrating the Blasters (which I do at all angles) has changed things. The reverse kegel seems pretty damned powerful.

I was very surprised by the 8.5, very, especially since there were a few weeks there were it seemed like I couldn't get any movement on the ruler at all. Like I said though, BPenis EnlargementL is still 7.5.

Maybe your ligs are finally loosening up or something? Maybe the reverse kegels are really helping? I'm still confused on the whole reverse kegel thing and I've been trying it for ages haha. I'm glad you found it though and that it's working for you.

I like this friendly competition we have. Although I did give you a head start of 0.45 inches, I suppose I better start jogging after you now :)

I'll be able to do that when I don't have exams looming. When I do have exams I can get up earlier though and work earlier to get more free time in the day so I can get some extending in.

Did 4 sets today and an hour in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I've a chemistry exam on Friday though so I probably won't up it to 5 sets this week which isn't too much of a problem. I'll do 5 sets on Saturday though and go from there.

Also stumbled across a new possible career path today which was quite nice. I shall be dreaming well tonight with that excitement. G'night!

I was using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] last night and took off the top bars, which were the two smallest ones, for comfort reasons. I measured and in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I was 7.5 and it looked near enough the same size as when I'm erect so I think it's fairly safe to say that I'm about 0.5-0.6 of an inch off 8 inches. Which isn't really too much. I think once the hanging sets go up, and once the weight goes up, I should be seeing the BPFSL go up and hopefully my BPenis EnlargementL too.

When I'm in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] I've always been about half an inch less than my BPFSL, so once I'm 8.5 in BPFSL, I should be able to extend comfortably at 8, and I'll be doing that for days on end when that happens. No way am I not cementing 8 again!

For hanging, how can I tell if it's pulling the skin or internal structures? I can't really tell. I get a good stretch of both skin and ligs it feels like, is that the aim?

I'm gonna sort out my BIB thread at the weekend so I can stop bombarding you with questions, Shlort. Mind you, you encouraged me to get a hanger haha.

I've been studying since 11am this morning. I stopped at 9pm. I'm just finishing my second set of hanging and then I'm gonna get into bed with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] a watch a show before getting an early night.

I've an exam tomorrow, but we'll back to 4 sets tomorrow night and then I'll up it to 5 sets on Saturday. It may drop a bit next week, probably down to three sets, as I have two exams. However, the week after I'll be free to do 5 sets all week. I'm making sure I do at least 2 sets per day, even when I'm really busy, so I can keep my ligs from healing.

Not sure how anyone could do that much studying. I never would have the patience, memory or intelligence for such a task. Probably why I live with my parents and smell.

Go somewhere that has nothing to distract you. I'll leave my phone etc at home when I go to the library. Then you just... have to work as you can go home when it's all done.

Chemistry exam went well. Currently in the second of five hanging sets. I must shave though. The theraband is tugging on my hairs at the base and it's a bit annoying. I'll be able to get an hour or two in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after this too. Get the old boy nice and fatigued tonight!

Also, completely away genitalia, I'm getting quite into fragrances. I want to educate myself on notes and... stuff. It's a random thing I sort of fell into last week. I bought a lot of samples that will come next week, so I may do a review in of my picks and which ones I rate highly.
