Ive heard that story before from Europeans too....it is known as old knowledge that Rasputin was 13" but also, he wasn't human. Well, somebody has to know. Theres a reason why this thread has hundreds of pages. Multiple people have been replying sizes of pictures posted.

I was gonna say if you're close or far, but then decided not because instead will become a guessing game. This is just to test how accurate is the measuring by picture technique.
