The perspective makes it very hard to guess but I'd say it can be longer then 6.5, maybe in another pictures that would have the hands in the frame would be easier to estimate
 
Ok, since the thread is on fire let's solve the mystery, it's 7"NBP and almost 8"BP. Our friend huge-girth was right on the spot!
