Average woman's hand is 2.9" across...so 2+ some at 6.5 NBPEL is possible, and really small girls will have hands smaller than that. My hands are about that size too (3" across) and I can fit 2 hands with the glans still poking out the end.

Mine are 3.5 I think, I always use palms to measure.
