I don't consider this a correct measuring. 1.you can't see where the tape begins because his hand covers it and 2.the cock and likewise the tape points downwards. Idk if you haven't tried out yet, but naturally you can add 0,5-1" due to perspective distortion compared to a measuring with a strait forward pointing dick.
Also a thinner girth would give the illusion of a longer penis just a thicker girth suggests a shorter one.
