Even Mandingo is not a true 10 inches, IF measured properly. The longest dick, measured properly, is probably 8-8.5 tops. Any man reaching at least 7.5 inches measured properly is very well- hung in length. There is little difference with Mandingo between NBP and BP and I believe him to be 11" Tony Duncan is around 10".
