Comments: I cut the hanging set short yesterday because of an incredible urge to shit. I didn't resume hanging out of laziness. I'm going to try to remind myself of things to come next time. I did do some wet jelqing last night out of both guilt and enjoyment! ;)

Today I did some dry jelqing before hanging. My ligs are a little sore. I kept losing pressure in the last 3 sets. I changed the outer sheath and tightened the twist-tie on the attachment tubing on the last 2 sets, and I was still losing pressure. I was going to hang another set at 10 lbs because I was feeling good fatigue, but I'm trying to study for a quiz in the morning and it was getting annoying. I wet jelqed instead. I suspect my hand gauge might need to be replaced because the o-ring is pretty worn. Or I might have taped wrong.
 
Yeah homelesswombat I'll definitely check that out. Congrats on your gains!!! I'm going for mainly length right now but once I reach 8 (or near it) I'll check that out. I've never clamped before, how long have you been doing it? I think I would have to get accustomed to doing it before I do some of the exercises your doing, right?

By no means was I suggesting you try clamping. I was suggesting that you try not training every day, and instead train every other day or once every two days. My dick was conditioned to the max for a while after training it hard every day for months. In my case I was working for girth but I'm curious about if my training concept will work for length.

In your case I would suggest doing a heavy hanging workout once every three days, and have two light manual stretching days in between.

Your consistency and dedication is wonderful, but IMHO if you let up on your dick and allow it to heal between heavy sessions you would see better gains.
 
Homeless -- My schedule usually allows for breaks since its pretty hectic at school. Thanks for the advice but I can feel gains right around the corner. I don't know its just a gut feeling I got. If my gains stall I will definitely try the cycles. I've tried them before with no results so I'm going to try something I haven't done in a while, almost daily workouts, and riding the fatigue. I'm still interested in how long it took you to get comfortable clamping as I plan on starting girth routines back up either after I graduate or reach 8".

Comments: I skipped Saturday to give my skin an extra day to heal. Got a lot done today. The Pomodoro Technique is really helping me with studying and incorporating it with Penis Enlargement is the way to go for productivity. Test on Wednesday, and clinical tomorrow but I will try to Penis Enlargement the best I can.
 
Okay I took a week off. A week or two ago I stumbled across some old measurement pics from 2003. I must have been doing Penis Enlargement for 6+ months because I was over 6 1/2 inches (started at 6 inches). I realize that I could have gained faster but at least I have gains and they are totally worth all the effort put into gaining them.

I decided to measure today before I start hanging.
Measurement: 11/16/09
BPSFL: 8 1/4 inches (8.25)
BPenis EnlargementL: 7 5/8 inches (7.63)
Base Girth: 5 3/4 inches (5.75)
Mid Shaft Girth: 5 1/2 inches (5.5)

Okay so I know I have gotten up to at least 7.75 for a temporary time. Going through those old pics from 2003 (*EDIT:*looking at the folder I think it was taken in September 2006) I think I took these either right before or right after I started hanging...I guess 2-3 years ago.
Here is one of them so you guys can see. Can't wait till I'm posting that 8 x 6 inch photo!!!

I've been hanging on and off and working up weight. I hung roughly 3-4 days a week since I last posted for 1-3 sets/day but the site has been down and I haven't logged it. I got up to 16 1/4 lbs SD for 25 minutes but backed down to 15 lbs for 25 minutes a few days ago so I could focus on studying instead of monitoring vacuum pressure every 5 minutes. My dick is getting fatter b/c of the hangs.

My brother told some of his friends, were female, that I hang weights off my dick and its fat. Now one of em' wants to fuck my brains out haha. I can't believe he told them! My dad walked in on one of my "study" sessions last week so I need to work on secrecy before you guys see my picture on tv. Watch out DLD lol!

I might be coming back for a little while. I graduated in the Spring and I take my boards next week. Before getting a job I should have some time to get back into a routine.
