Oh I forgot an exercise today. I kinda made it up but I don't doubt somebody else has before me. What I did was grab my dick an inch behind my circumcision scar. My natural flacid hang is around 4 1/2 to 5 in. I pretty much grabbed with my whole hand not just an okay grip and pulled straight out. I figured this kinda mimics the way the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] grabs and I've been doing these naturally for a few weeks or if I do a couple of reps of dry jelqing I end with this stretch. I can really feel it at the base and my ligs slide up along with the skin so my dick looks like a tent at the base and I have skin bunched around my glans where my hand eventually stops at during the pull. From there I kinda played around and slowly took it in different ranges of motion. Like I said I don't know if this has already been invented but I like it. I think I might do it during the beginning of the routine because it stretches skin and ligs really hard so when I get to the other stretches the ligs will be fatigued and I can hit more of the tunica.

I'm going to call them Donut Stretches, unless I find a name already taken, as the skin that encircles the glans looks like a donut.

I had a job interview today. I got the job bitches! I was going to start Penis Enlargement a little while ago but my heating pad busted and my family came home from church and my nephew is over so b/c of lack of privacy and convenience today is a no go. I really liked the routine I did yesterday, especially the ultimate lig stretch and Mandingo V-Stretches.
 
Today was an amazing day. It was one of those sessions where every stretch was killer, I was in zone, tuned into my body and I wasn't even high. I made up some new stretches for me, I don't know if they've been invented before, but they felt great. Here I strung my dick through the hole of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] and kept my legs close enough so the handles were supported by my legs. Then I stretched down at a 30-45 degree angle. It felt pretty intense. On the second one I experimented with grabbing the top of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] and rolling it backwards and forward so the place where the V is hitting the dick moved up and down but I didn't like it so I will keep it at just a V-Stretch.

Z Stretches w/ [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] at very base
After a minute of the V-Stretch I placed my other hand behind my stretching hand. For example if my stretching hand was my right hand I placed my left hand behind my right. My left index finger and thumb I kept shaped like a "C" so my dick would wind up in the middle of the "C". This C-hand was placed on top of my shaft and would be about an inch to an inch 1/2 behind the glans. I pulled up with the stretching hand and pushed down with the C-Hand. Since the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] is in the mix you dick takes the shape of a Z and hence what I will be calling it until told otherwise. Warning: These are a Intense! Go very easy with these if you try them

V-Ball Stretch
This was just a V-Stretch in which I also strung my balls through so the stretch was even deeper. Felt pretty good.
 
The Z stretch sounds fucking insane...I'm going to have to give that a try when I get a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]powerassist[/words].

Mid-Shaft Squeeze @ 60-75% Erection
Since I start these at a lower % erection I start by squeezing my pinky, then ring finger, etc like I do with a Dry Jelq. Ok so I Dry Jelq a few time until my squeeze as at Mid-Shaft and my penis from the glans to my hand is hard as if at full erection. I will be pushing blood towards my head but because my penis from my hand till my glans is hard I will not be able to push it forward. If I am able to push forward at any time I Kegel and Dry Jelq until I can not.

Mid-Shaft Uli @ 50-60% Erection
This one is similar to the previous exercise but starts at even a lower Erection %. I Dry Jeql and kegel like before but it will naturally not be as hard and I will be able to slowly slide my grip forward. Even though I start Mid-Shaft it takes me around 30 seconds to reach behind my glans. Then I grip with my other hand at base for the remaining 30 seconds without removing my grip under the glans.

This is how Uli's differ from Squeezes for me, Uli's slide the grip forward, while Squeezes just squeeze and hold. If you've seen the Uli video done by Stillwantmore thats how I do my Squeezes. With Uli's I slide the grip up slowly and then once I reach the head I squeeze the base

NOTES: I used my thumb to hook for the Ultimate Lig Stretch and this was perfect as my fingers will get fatigued trying to hook the ligs but I can jam my finger in there easily. I now think that these work and feel more intense than the V-SES stretches especially if you find the sweet spot.

Alright I've taken a brief hiatus because of starting a new job and lack of privacy. I now will be moving out of my house this week and will have more privacy to stretch.

Okay now I'm settled in after moving out. It took a couple of months but now I feel at home and my life seems less hectic and have all my things put away.
