Today was an amazing day. It was one of those sessions where every stretch was killer, I was in zone, tuned into my body and I wasn't even high. I made up some new stretches for me, I don't know if they've been invented before, but they felt great. They're not ingenious so I'm sure someone else has already made them, as always please let me know and I will start calling them bitches by their names proper.

Power Assist[/words] and kept my legs close enough so the handles were supported by my legs. Then I stretched down at a 30-45 degree angle. It felt pretty intense. On the second one I experimented with grabbing the top of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]
PA[/words] and rolling it backwards and forward so the place where the V is hitting the dick moved up and down but I didn't like it so I will keep it at just a V-Stretch.

After a minute of the V-Stretch I placed my other hand behind my stretching hand. For example if my stretching hand was my right hand I placed my left hand behind my right. My left index finger and thumb I kept shaped like a "C" so my dick would wind up in the middle of the "C". This C-hand was placed on top of my shaft and would be about an inch to an inch 1/2 behind the glans. I pulled up with the stretching hand and pushed down with the C-Hand. This was just a V-Stretch in which I also strung my balls through so the stretch was even deeper. Felt pretty good.
